I have a child on the spectrum who unfortunately got into the fridge whilst I was putting up Christmas decorations and smeared Siracha hot sauce ALL over his carpet. Juan from their team came and did what he could and also assisted with the odor. Although they couldn’t get it out. He did everything in his power to try and I’m grateful.

I just had my sectional cleaned by Morris. He showed Up on time very careful about my carpet. I was so pleased with his service, very nice man heDid exactly what I wanted and needed My 20-year-old couches they look so clean and fresh I got the scotchguard wich I figure I could get another 2 years out of my set. You guys just saved me from spending 3,000$. Thankyou so much uou guys are the best!

Carlos came out and cleaned all of our wood floors and did an amazing job! He was super professional, knowledgeable and was able to help us out with future appointments and needs! We highly recommend using this company (and request Carlos if possible). We look forward to having them back in the future!

Morris was very nice and did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous and informative. His results were great especially in high traffic areas. He was attentive to safety and posted caution signs on the doors and used yellow stand up plastic signs on the sidewalk. Also Morris is very polite. I am glad that he was the technician today.

This was one of the most seamless experiences and best services I have had in a while! Franco was EXTREMELY thorough and professional — he worked so hard to get everything perfected down to the last little detail. I was initially weary due to high value furniture and rugs but he was very knowledgeable and diligent to check all of the labels and prescribed the right solution for each of our items including multiple sofas, area rugs (wool), kitchen chairs, and a full basement carpet. I would absolutely retain your services regularly going forward. Thank you!

We had our hvac ducts cleaned today. This was my 2nd appointment because they showed up 3 days ago for my original appointment with a damaged truck and needed to reschedule. The appointment was delayed today because, after they arrived, they had to wait on a manager to bring a part to get started. One of the technicians was informative throughout the process, providing detailed information on each step. He showed before and after pictures throughout the process. They cleaned up around almost all of the vents. They told me everything was put back. The one room I did not check was damaged. They stripped the screws and damaged the plaster and paint around the vent in the upstairs bedroom. It was left hanging out of the wall. They also tried to move the dresser in the same room to the wrong wall with a slant in the ceiling to cover this up and damaged the ceiling. I would have been less annoyed if they had just informed me of the damage instead of trying to cover it up. This definitely dropped the rating of this service from a 4 star to a 2.

StephCo is my new go-to for household maintenance!
First, I needed the vents cleaned in my Mother's condo. She's elderly and wary of contractors coming into her home, but Steve was very conscientious and professional and put her right at ease. He performed the service clean and efficiently, we were both very impressed. He cleaned the vent covers and changed the air filter as well. Very thorough! StephCo did such a good job that I asked them to return to treat the mold in her bathroom. Again, Jacob was a very knowledgeable and thorough professional. He took care of all my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions. He really went above and beyond.
I cannot leave out Cecilia and Susan who were super helpful and just delightful to deal with. They helped me schedule and pay for both services and made it quick and easy.
Overall, a great experience doing something tedious, but necessary. I'd recommend them to anyone who needed in-home services. They do so many things!

They came out very quickly for an estimate and beat the competition by thousands of dollars. Easily made an appointment to de-mold the basement a few days later and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend don’t bother going anywhere else they are the best and not trying to rip anyone off as their quote was literally 1/3 the price

I am very happy with this Company, I have used them on two occasions .They have cleaned my rugs(2 bedrooms, hallway and living room) on both occasions and done a fantastic job. I just had my carpets done by Jacob. He was very pleasant and did an absolutely fantastic job. I will be requesting him in the future.

I could not recommend Stephco more highly. I was pressed by the friendly staff that answers the phones, the call and text reminders of appointments, ease of payment methods (cash, check or card via calling or device used by person providing the service that day), and of course the actual job performed. We were lucky enough to have the same person (Derek) for 2 years who cleaned our couches, pillows and carpeted staircase. He was on time, communicated well and was extremely respectful of our house. He noted certain stains and treated them without being asked (we have multiple pets and toddlers), and even used the vacuum to give a general vacuum to the area which included pesky Christmas tree pine needles. I've recommended StephCo to multiple other people and certainly plan on using them in the future for our couches, etc again and also hardwood floors treatments.

The best company I have ever worked with. The communication is amazing. The quality of work put in is outstanding. The services they offer are great. From the cleaners to the site inspectors to the billing department and all in-between always so pleasant and helpful. We contacted Stephco for carpet cleaning and the specialist that arrived was super nice and friendly. He walked through the entire process and informed me of what to do after the service to ensure clean carpets. The specialist did a wonderful job making sure all areas were covered and clean, and was very respectful of our property and belongings.
