Derek did a great job cleaning both bedrooms.

Over the past 10 years, I have found the need for Stephco's services. Once was after a fire in my third floor apartment. Every time, they have done an amazing job. I know who to turn to for these types of services. Thank you, Stephco!

Extremely disappointed. I hired this company for a full carpet cleaning, and what I got was a rushed, half-done job. carpet were still dirty, bathroom mirror had streaks, despite it being part of the service I paid for. I had to re-clean most of it myself afterward. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money. I won’t be using them again.
The owner show up instead of being professional he was yelling so we kicked him oit of the building. Never use them.

It was a pleasure to have Derek come to my home to clean the carpets in my two bedrooms. He was on time, and worked efficiently and professionally in my home. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of the cleaning and will definitely contact Stephco for my future cleaning needs.

Can't remember an in-home service call of any kind where I was so pleased. Was genuinely surprised just how great of a job they did. Not only were Joe and Derek extremely polite and professional but, very knowledgeable as well. Somehow they brought 15 year old carpeted stairs back to life in a way I would never believe without witnessing it myself. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to transform their carpets for such a reasonable price.

Update: Joe and Derek did such a great job with my living room and stairs that I had them come back the next week to do an upstairs bedroom. Fantastic job again. Couldn't be happier.

4/10/2023: Had them back again. Derek did a phenomenal job on the carpet in a spare room that was so bad I was considering replacing it. Worked his magic and somehow brought it back to life. Couldn't be happier!

Had 2 big globs of old black grease that made it from a garage project to the white fabric couch. Stephco sent a tech out the day after I called and made it completely disappear, just in time for upcoming Thanksgiving next week. Fast, courteous, friendly, knowledgable, professional. Can't say enough good !

I had the pleasure of meeting their technician Derek on May 7th 2024 who provided excellent service cleaning the carpet in 2 rooms and a 8 x 10 synthetic area rug at my apartment in Quincy. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process from booking to service to invoicing was friendly and helpful. I've used them in the past as well and have nothing but good things to say on those encounters. They did a great job cleaning my sectional in the past, even jerry-rigged something so one of my cushions stopped sinking into the couch! They go above and beyond!

I called Stephco to have them clean a residential basement, they were able to come in just a few days and did a great job at a reasonable price. They called after it was done to make sure that it met my expectations. Extremely friendly employees. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Stephco to clean our living room couch and an outdoor sectional & rug. They showed up on time, did an amazing, thorough job and called the next day to follow up on our satisfaction with their work. My furniture looks brand new (and with 2 kids under 5 that is no easy feat). A wild animal decided our outdoor couch would make a great nesting spot for a few nights so we opted for their antimicrobial treatment for the outdoor cushions, which was a huge stress-reliever. They are now pristine. We'll be scheduling regular cleanings going forward! Prices are reasonable and reflective of their expertise. I would give 10 stars if that were an option. I have been doing business with Stephco Cleaning and Resoration for the last 10 years. Recently, they came and spruced up my home for the holidays. The Stephco team came and shampooed all my sofas and dining room chairs as well as my rugs. They are easy to deal with, reliable, and resonably priced. They always do a fantastic job.

Yesterday I had Derek from Stephco come and clean 4 area rugs, my wall to wall Berber carpet downstairs, couch, chair and hassock with light tropical print, and several seat cushions and pillows., and valance curtains in sunroom and kitchen. Derek was here about 5hours. He did a thorough job. Very courteous and professional. Everything looks so clean! The part I liked best was how he cleaned the valances. He took entire rod down, vacuumed valance, shampooed both sides, then put valance & rod back up! I will never clean these valances any other way! So much more quick, and a lot less work than me taking them down, removing from rod, waging, drying, ironing, putting them back on rod and rehanging!
I highly recommend Stephco for any of your cleaning jobs!
