I contacted Morris about installing a mini split system for our living area. Chris doing the estimate,answered all questions we had about the system. The team doing the install knew exactly what they were doing and were quick and professional. They also took their time to show me the many settings and controls for the system. Will definitely be going to them in the future for any heating / cooling / plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome. We had Alex H. and Brian D. for installers. We just had them complete a 2 zone mini-split installation in our 1850s house. They showed up on-time (7am) and worked very fast and efficiently. The install took about a day and half. That included mounting the mini split heads, condenser outside and running electrical/hvac lines inside conduit. They did a really good job, everything looks neat and professional and they cleaned up everything when they left. The conduit looks great and just looks like rain gutter. It's at the back of our house and we really don't even notice it. Way better than window AC units.

We're in day 2 of a 90+ degree heat wave and the entire house is cool. I wish we had gotten these installed sooner.

A+ service once again

We had an emergency call in for help with our malfunctioning heater. A very pleasant and efficient young man Dan came to help us. He was top rate and we were warming up from our now functioning heater in one-half an hour. Thank you Dan!

I was extremely happy with them, I called with a broken furnace, they came the next day very promptly, Geraldo he was very professional and explained the repair and did not try to over sell anything that was not needed. Great service and pricing. Happy to find a new heating service.

We are very happy with the installation done by Manny, Manny and Mike, and another electrician, from Morris. They arrived promptly. They came up with a plan to make the pipe that goes up the side of the house much harder to see than planned. They installed it around an eave so that it is not noticeable. It looks WAY BETTER than I had expected. All of the team was so good to work with. We were glad to have such patient explanations of the directions.
We will have the rest of the house done by Morris, after today’s positive installation.

Pete has become a trusted friend. He goes out of his way to advise us of current and possible future issues and often the expected remaking life of our furnace and other topics like humidification systems, heat pumps, and alternative fuels. We also talk about what’s going on in our lives, vacations, cooking and our families. We look forward to seeing him come through the door when we have a scheduled maintenance. Services. Beginning with Morris’s annual A/C maintenance service we met with Morris
Technician Geraldo Meta. We were fortunate to have complex, precision services performed by a singular technician with an experienced skill set and honed intuitive abilities who knowingly adapted his expertise to our Heil A/C system for the first time.

In essence, Geraldo provide a “tutorial” on our system, the updates he performed, including a “Q & A” session for our information, gaining a basic understanding of the workings of our system and our role in monitoring and cleaning the system, changing filters to special care for the exterior condenser unit.
Grateful for Geraldo’s knowing, thorough services and the valuable information he provided about the performance standards of our A/C. We look forward to continuing our A/C services w/ Morris.

I hired Morris to install mini splits in my home and they did a great job! Manny and Kevin were very thorough and friendly, they took extra time to make sure we understood how to keep our mini split running efficiently.

We had our boiler shut down on the Saturday after Christmas and one of the coldest days of the year. Pete came out and worked on the issue until it was fixed, even going to grab a thermocouple from the shop and installing that. The whole time he was personably and friendly - despite the later hour and weekend. A great experience working with Pete and he did a great job. Would highly recommend - 5 stars.
