Upwire is our go-to local company for all things electric. Jim, Travis and team, are the best. They are responsive, communicative, hard-workers. They have done work for us at both our business & home. Their work is exceptional and they often go above and beyond.

Showed up on time ready to work. Even completed an installation in the bitter cold and actively snowing. The cost was was also very reasonable. If you have an electrical project you are lookito get done do yourself a favor and call Up Wire!

Over the past several years Jim and his team at Upwire Electric have worked on several electrical projects for us of different levels of complexity. We were completely satisfied with every project. I had never used Upwire Electric before. Someone who used to work for them recommended them to me. I called them for a small job. They fit me in in a few days and kept me updated about the time that the electrician would arrive. James arrived promptly at 8:00. He was polite and professional. He replaced a broken switch for me and then I asked him to check the breaker that the garage circuit was on. I suspected that the last electrician did something wrong. James recognized the problem immediately and changed the breaker. I would highly recommend Upwire Electrical. Great service. Nice people. Very fair charges. Great small business.

Used them for shower repair after inconsistent temperature issues. The evaluation took time, but they found the real problem. Service quality was steady, and everything works better now.

I give 1 star because my new unit was installed last year, paid over $4,000.00 and it’s broken already. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS “COMPANY”.

Terrible customer service & the unit was not put in properly. We will have to take our business elsewhere to be treated fairly & have the job done correct, unfortunately. We informed him of the issues, came right out and spent 20 minutes in total (we have cameras) at our residence & never knocked on our door to let us know he was done, never returned our call/voice mail- The guy just doesn’t communicate & that’s tough to deal with AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Trust me when I say, do not give your business to the first person that can come to your residence. We went here for quick service & we are back to square one the very next summer. Take your business somewhere else for a professional job done right- DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS PERSON- You will regret it.
