Brandon has been doing snow removal for me since 2019. He is genuinely one of the hardest working people I have met. He does a fantastic job clearing - including those dreaded snow walls that are left at the end of our driveways by snowplows, as well as unearthing the fire hydrant. He even cleared several paths to my front door when I was expecting a furniture delivery the day after a snowstorm. He’s been expanding his business to include landscaping and he is also an amazing woodworker! If you are looking to hire someone who is communicative, hardworking and takes pride in their work, hands down, Brandon is your guy!

I just switched to Lord of Lawns for taking care of my lawn. I also had him redo my flower beds at the entrance to my house and it looks great. Brandon is is nice, professional, good communicator, and his rates are reasonable. I like that his pricing is straightforward and he doesn't play games with it.

Matt and the team at Forever Green are top notch - all seasons! They've kept my drive way clear throughout the past several winters - and helped my property in all other seasons with planting, a beautiful patio, and even reworked my backyard for my kids' swing set! FGL is the best around!

I have been using the services of Forever Green Landscaping for several years. Matt, the owner, has always been so responsive to our needs and gets back to us as soon as we have a question or concern. He takes care of our pond and knows how important it is to us. He also handled the installation of outdoor lighting and it turned out great! He will even put in new lights that have gone out and are covered by warranty. I recommend Forever Green Landscaping without hesitation--you will not be disappointed with their services.

2017 Update: Matt came through again in getting my lights regulated this year. The lighting that Forever Green did adds so much to our property and the service Matt provides is superb! If you haven't added lighting to your landscape in your backyard, please consider it....it is fabulous!

Orion replaced a retaining wall that was falling down and also installed a new patio and bluestone walkway behind our house. Miguel and his crew did fantastic work from start to finish and we could not be happier with the result. Miguel helped us think through what we wanted and worked with us on some design changes. He did the job in the timeframe he said and on budget (with any increases due to changes in scope clearly communicated and agreed upon along the way). He was fastidious about leaving the site clean each night when the crew left (including sweeping gravel out of the street in front of the house!). Miguel told us he would treat our house like it was his when he was working here, and he really lived up to that. He and his team were a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, they do really fine work. Our patio is gorgeous, and the retaining wall is beautifully constructed. I’m an engineer and I was super impressed with the quality of workmanship that I observed all along the way. These folks really know what they are doing, and they clearly want their work to be beautiful and long-lasting. We could not recommend Orion more highly.

Miguel was able to not only seamlessly fit into the schedule for our job but also did quality work. He and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and complete in their work. They installed a patio and accompanying walkway which looks fantastic and functions perfectly with clear care and thought put into drainage/water management. We recently had the opportunity to work with Miguel and his team from Orion Landscape & Design to construct a 45-foot fieldstone wall. From the start, Miguel was very easy to deal with and made suggestions about our project. He gave us a start date and explained how they would work and how long the project would take.

During the construction, Miguel kept us informed on progress, starting times and the schedule. He and his crew always came when scheduled, were very polite and respectful of the property. Each night, equipment was stored, the work area was clean and organized. Miguel encouraged us to talk with the crew and ask questions regarding any concerns. He commented that our satisfaction is very important to them. We noted that his crews were hard working and took great pride in their work.

The project was started and completed as promised. The workmanship is outstanding as well as his crew’s attention to detail to ensure the appearance of the wall. We would highly recommend Miguel and Orion Landscape & Design and will use them again on future projects.

Miguel and his team are phenomenal. We knew we wanted a patio, but I was unsure of design. They came out and looked at the space, recommended a design, and were honest and thoughtful. Miguel stopped by to check on the progress every day, helped us decide on the materials, and made recommendations based on what he would want to do if it were his own home. His team was always on time and worked really hard. I couldn't recommend this team any more. They are professional, trustworthy, and exactly the type of people I would want to give my business to. Highly highly recommend Miguel and his team at Orion Landscape and Design. Miguel is very kind, honest, creative, hard working, and responsive. We had two retaining walls installed, crushed stone laid under the deck, edging and mulching, and wood chips laid under/around the swing set with a cobblestone border. Miguel gave us a very fair and reasonable price. His team does incredible work- going above and beyond. We love the work that was completed, and our family and friends are super impressed. We recommended them to several neighbors and friends!

I cannot speak more highly of Miguel and company! They created a beautiful stone wall for our backyard hill, cleared out a large area, seeded, weeded, removed an old large brush pile, and the list goes on! Miguel was very involved and there every step of the way to make sure everything was done to perfection! They were always on time, professional, easy to work with and accommodating. Extreme talent and professionalism. Our retaining walls were carefully thought out and constructed. It was obvious that they love their craft. The patio was exactly as we had hoped. It was very easy and comfortable working with the owner, Miguel. We appreciated his expertise in the technical side: water flow, erosion, lasting construction, etc. as well as his eye for beauty, comfort and flow. The initial bid was the lowest we got. Miguel is very honest, and was very clear and fair with the cost at the end. We had no surprises. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

The team at Orion is wonderful. They have beautiful designs that make your yard, your dream outdoor space. They treat your home like a home, not a job site. Leaving your yard clean and safe at the end of each work day. If you have a landscaping need theses are the folks you want.

I am completely in love with the retaining wall that Orion Landscape did in my house. A stone retaining wall was also done, following all the standards and approved in the first inspection. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, fair price, competence and commitment of Miguel and his team. They will always be recommended by me and my family. All phases of the project were followed to the letter and he presented me with an impeccable gardening project! Now I have even more reasons to safely enjoy my backyard. Thank you Orion Landscape!

Miguel and Orion were hired initially to replace the driveway, retaining walls, rebuild a deteriorating porch and walkway, and install a new French drain for run off. Miguel suggested an improvement to the garage floor that was quickly incorporated. All of his suggestions for improvements were spot on. The driveway, French drain and retaining walls were done in 2 weeks! Their workmanship was excellent so I decided to expand their scope to replace the old stone facade on one side of the house and incorporate the colors of the new stone retaining walls. We then discovered the underlying structure of the old porch was compromised so they had to completely remove the old material, excavate and rebuild new footings and foundation for the new porch. Much of this work happened in the winter but they only seemed to be delayed a short time with bad weather. They rebuilt a retaining wall between me and my neighbors that had been degraded by tree roots, they moved a lilac tree to the back from the front yard and repaired some cracks in an existing patio wall. Their final efforts were the new walkway and front yard with sod and seed. The pictures are before and after (although I’m waiting on garage doors)!

The workmanship Miguel, Mauro, Silvio and the guys did was superb! They always left the property cleaned up and tools secured. They were great to work with and dedicated to a job well done. I highly recommend them!

Miguel and his team have done a few projects for us over the last couple of years. They fixed our sagging front steps, which our builder did not pour a pad for; they installed a beautiful patio for us with a fire pit and pergola, and this year the fixed some serious lawn damage from grubs/drought and also added a mulch bed along the front of our yard against the road.

The guys showed up early, worked extremely hard, and seemed to actually care about the work they were doing.

These days most companies don't even call back - to have a company show up on time, work hard, cleanup after themselves etc. is increasingly rare.

I look forward to working with Orion on more projects in the future!

We hired Orion Design & Landscape this past spring after seeing the amazing 75-foot stone wall they built at our neighbor's property on Washington Street in Brookline. We hired them to build a decorative wall in our backyard to support our fence from run-off. At the time we were considering proposals from other landscape companies to design a new scheme for our yard. The beauty of the wall was so profound, we hired Orion to do the entire landscaping job. What started as a backyard project extended to our front yard as well. We couldn't be happier with the results. Our yard has become a sanctuary. We thank Miguel and his entire team for their aesthetic and the ease of working with them. And by the way, we saved money too!
