Had used O&W for over 25 years & had wonderful service.Now that I moved to a condo after renting for a number of years, I called for a cleaning during high season.They were prompt, courteous, answered my questions thoroughly and I was very impressed with this ever evolving business. Dwight was a real pleasure to work with. Understood exactly what we needed for a heating system in our old house. Quoted us a very reasonable price. Was in and out in two days, which is exactly how long he told us it would take. The system heats our house beautifully, so we know it was sized properly. Honestly, can’t recommend him highly enough.
Beyond expectations! I had some issues with switching from propane to gas. The gas line was supposed to be connected to my house. Well, there was no connection when Dwight showed up. He spoke with the plumber and the gas technician to help me get everything back on track. He told me I was in good hands and without a doubt he stepped up in the middle of confusion. Oh, and the job he was there for... he made my furnace fired with gas just as it is supposed to. Thank you Dwight! You are the best of the best!
