Working with S+S was a fantastic experience. Every crew was orderly, extremely hard working, and trustworthy. Time-management throughout the project was on point. Branden and his guys guided us through the whole project. They helped us turn our center entrance colonial into a fresh, modern space, a whole new house!!
We will definitely be using S+S again...just gotta find our next project:)

Branden and his team were just fantastic. Our house renovation was not an easy one. It was an older home in Marblehead and had some surprise structural issues. S&S construction worked diligently to fix those repairs within budget and on time. The crew is professional, polite and unbelievably talented. There is no better team of dedicated professionals and S&S Construction. I highly recommend them for any job. They will certainly make your dream home a reality. I know that seems kind of quirky to say but it’s so true. These guys showed up every day and worked so hard to get this house done. I highly recommend them.

We hired S&S for an extensive exterior renovation (plus addition) on our house in Marblehead. The project was on time, on budget, and beautifully done. We could not have been happier with not only the quality of the work but also the kindness and professionalism of Branden and the entire crew. They were wonderful to have around and made living through a home reno with two kids actually fun! Branden is also incredibly responsive, always there when you need him, and will look out for material costs and pose alternatives to stay within budget as if it was his own home. Really impressive!

We worked with S&S Construction on our extensive home renovation and couldn’t be happier. We were impressed with Branden’s hands-on approach, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Branden was there every step of the way and helped us make every decision. He went above and beyond to ensure a quality result. We had a tight timeline and S&S finished our work on time, beautifully and most importantly, on budget. We have a number of projects to complete in the future and we wouldn’t trust anyone else but S&S Construction.

We went to S&S/Branden Scimone for a project that involved replacing an almost 100 year old severed pipe that was located in crawl space and covered with asbestos. The job involved taking out a section of the original hard wood floors, removing the asbestos, installing a new pipe, replacing the hard wood floor and then refinishing so it matched the rest of the rooms. The team at S&S was well organized, thorough and presented us with multiple options and solutions at each stage of the project. We could not be happier with both the experience and the results. The heat is working perfectly and the floors look better than ever - you would never be able to tell that a sizable section was completely replaced.

The entire crew, including the demo workers, plumber, wood floor installation and finishing specialists, and painters, were not only kind and considerate, but also highly professional and meticulous with their work. A special shout out to the project manager, Paulo, who was a total ace. He consistently stopped by the house to check in, sent regular updates on the work and timing, and was just a really nice and genuine person.

On thanksgiving we reviewed what we are grateful for. Our two year old said “The house branden built us.”

This is my second project with Branden and S&S construction. It’s rare that a customer hopes the project never ends, but that’s just how much we enjoyed working with him.

There wasn’t an idea too out there for us to make happen. Custom trim in our primary, a tiled ceiling with dual rainfall shower heads, a staircase that is truly a work of art. Our house is more than just our dream house, because Branden thought up details we wouldn’t have even considered.

Simply can’t recommend working with S&S and the team (Wev and Paolo too) enough.

Branden and S&S Construction did a fabulous job on the extensive renovation of our home in Marblehead. Our project included new hardwood flooring (3,000+ SF), new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new windows, and finish work on the interior and exterior. S&S did good quality work. They have strong relationships with subcontractors which allowed us to meet a tight move-in deadline. I highly recommend using S&S and will use them again the future.
