I had a minor issue with my dryer and Mike happened to be at one of my neighbors. As he was driving by I asked him about it. He came inside to take a look at it and fixed it on the spot! Best service I could ask for!
I appreciate them making a quick appointment to diagnose a problem with my fridge so it could be fixed for our housewarming party, however, but its been over 2 weeks waiting for a valve, that upon researching does not take 2 weeks to deliver, haven’t heard a single word from the company, and the fridge will not be fixed in time for the party. I prefer to hire local businesses but will be going to a more branded company for repairs.
What a scam - a kid was in the house for 24 minutes and told me what I already knew... LG system, replace the entire fridge. $134 for that. Comes to $335 per hour. They should be ashamed of themselves. Maybe the higher cost is due to an "emergency visit"? I don't think so, however, since the call was made Tuesday and the visit happened Friday. Not great response time for an emergency. Stay away if you value your money
