I had an excellent experience working with top-Pro construction, inc. Ferraz and his team are amazing. They did a fantastic job fixing and painting my porch—it looks brand new and really brightens up my home. They also went above and beyond by doing additional tasks needed and cleaning out the gutters, painting my windows, leaving everything in great shape. Their work was thorough, professional, and done with great attention to detail. I really appreciate how reliable and efficient they were, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience working with Top Pro Construction. They were available immediately for an estimate on my garage and basement that I was looking to get remodeled. They immediately quoted me a price and started the next day. This is hard to find with today’s contractor companies. There was great communication throughout each day. Caio sent pictures regularly so I could see what was going on. His crew was amazingly quick and did a super clean up after each day.This is truly an amazing construction company with an amazing team. My garage and basement came out gorgeous. I will be using them again for other projects in the future. This company is one stop shopping, they do it all. If you’re not looking to get stressed then Caio and his company are the team for you!

Caio and his team did an absolutely incredible job for us. The project was a full gut remodel of a 130 year old home in Cambridge - floors and walls were up to 7” out of level due to extreme settling. Despite the complexity of the project, the project was completed in less than 2 months from start to finish and even with all the surprises that the old home threw at us Caio kept us on track with excellent communication and great decision making.

We worked with Caio and his team to redo our deck in Somerville and were so pleased with the communication and quality of the work! It is so much sturdier than the previous deck that was here when we bought the house, and we have gotten lots of compliments from neighbors already about how it turned out. Caio was very responsive any time we had a question and made sure that his crew did the job right. He also has great knowledge of code and commonly works with the city, so our inspection was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

When we decided to do a kitchen renovation, Top Pro Construction stood out as a reputable company based on reviews on-line. The team came out, covered the adjoining rooms with plastic from floor to ceiling, as well as paper on all the floors, protecting all that needed cover. The first day my existing cabinetry and countertops were taken out and every bit of debris, removed. Within a week, the new cabinetry was installed. If we didn’t encounter new cabinetry issues by another company, the job would have been completed in record time. They were all hard workers and great communicators, who followed every rule that our large condo complex has for contractors. I cannot say enough about the company, the team and the courteous, respectful behavior of each and every worker. We are so happy with the outcome. We are told our kitchen is beautiful.

I have worked with Evans Construction since 2021 and we have successfully completed a rehab of a 2 bed 1 bath house from the studs all the way to a finished 4 bed 3.5 bath in the heart of Medford. Evans construction was reliable and fair when it came to timelines and prices. I have since used Evans construction on my personal house to renovate my bathroom and have used him for my multi family property to get it into rental appropriate condition. I recommend Evans construction for any and all home projects ranging from small updates to full gut renovations.
