Top Pro did a gut renovation of the inside of my house, which included opening walls, installing beams, a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new wiring, new plumbing, new tankless water heater, new furnace, and new central AC. We were extremely impressed with the attention to detail, as well as the responsiveness of the owner. We recently called them back to do our siding and roof!

Top Pro did great work for us replacing our deck in Somerville. They worked for 10 days straight to get the job done and helped us fix other issues that arose in the project. I would like to with with them again.

Caio and his team are available for estimates, work and emergencies - a set of qualities that are difficult to find in a contracting team. Caio is creative and his team of professionals are willing to work with any idea to bring to reality! They remodeled our kitchen and bathroom and updated some of our electrical. Their plumber has made repairs for us and the team installed a French drain in the basement. Caio and his team have responded to emergencies when no one else was available or returning calls. I highly recommend Top Pro!

Top Pro renovated two porches for us. They discovered water damage and settling of the porches which led to the original need for the renovation. We were able to adjust scope to cover additional repairs and pouring of footings during the project. It's great to work with a firm that is willing to help you understand problems with the building design as they find them, and who has the capability and agility to adjust scope to meet the needs of the project as it evolves. We will work with Top Pro again.

Top Pro did an amazing job doing on what was essentially a new build of my 6200 sq foot home. They stayed on track with timing and communication was prompt and easy. Antonio’s team was always extremely polite and safety conscious, making sure to clean up fully at the end of each day and taking special care to put away anything that could pose a danger to my two young children. Antônio made several suggestions (such as installing black windows and a black wood fence) that really make my home stand out. They also work very quickly (demolition to move in was under a year and that included a 4 month permitting delay that was my fault).

It is always a pleasure working with Top Pro. Caio Ferraz’s team’s communication and attention to detail go unnoticed, making every project almost seamless. Caio was extremely communicative throughout the full process. We did work on our deck - replacing stairs, replacing the shingle roof with rubber, and removed a cantilevered part. His team did it all in 1 week, with at least 3 people on-site every day. They even made a tarp tent covering the area they needed to pour concrete so they could continue working in the rain.

Top Pro has completed a variety of jobs for us: kitchen renovation, interior wall removal, brick repointing, updating to modern door hardware, and a number of smaller jobs. Caio's team has done quality work each time for a fair price and quick turnaround time. I especially recommend Top Pro for any renovations or repairs that require a combination of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as this can be especially difficult to find. Caio has helped us out enormously when we had time-sensitive jobs with tight timelines, and it's been a pleasure working with him and his team.

We have a 3 story deck in which one of the staircases needed repair. Any homeowner in Boston knows what a pain it can be to find someone who is willing to do smaller/medium sized jobs. We wanted to someone to make the stairs safe, and done to code. We had about 8 different companies ahead of Top Pro come in and say that our entire multi-level deck needed to be rebuilt for an obscene amount of money. Caio came out for an estimate on a Sunday. He found a few other areas/handrails that he knew were going to be an issue for the permit. The estimate was by far the most reasonable in terms of scope and cost. On Monday we told him we agreed to the estimate. By Tuesday had the permit pulled. The entire job (from estimate, to permitting to sign off by the inspector) was completed in less than a week and a half. GREAT COMMUNICATION, Pictures sent regularly, and everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Super fast and super efficient quality work. Thank you!!

I can honestly say that the service, communication & most importantly the urgency to get the job done were all 5 stars. We needed a new Central AC unit and the crew was in and out in two days. One year later, our siding needed to be replaced and while others could not get the job done Caio was able to manage getting the material, crew and timeline all within the the time frame we needed and everyone left with a smile. On top of it all, a family man and just an all around great guy, Thanks Caio!

My mom's tenant experienced a leak in their ceiling. Despite having multiple contractors assess the issue in the past, they only provided temporary patchwork solutions. However, Ferraz and his team took the necessary time to properly identify the source of the problem by removing appliances and fixing it correctly. They also handled the work on her roof and porch, delivering exceptional results. I wholeheartedly recommend them to others without hesitation.

When I had a bad bathroom leak, Caio and his team were extremely efficient. I called him on a Friday and his team was here on Monday and ripped out both bathrooms and ceiling where the leak damaged. He was extremely communicative through the whole process and kept the mess to a minimum. The team put plastic up to cover the areas not being worked on. These guys worked from7:30 to 7:00 most nights and finished the whole project in two and a half weeks. I will certainly use them again for any projects I need done in the future.

Top-Pro Construction is our go-to contractor for any work we need at our home. They are reliable, quick to start and finish work, and easy to communicate with, all at a fair price! We have used them to renovate our kitchen, demolish walls, paint, replace a water heater, repoint brick, install a kitchen fan hood, and add structural support to stairs.

I own a 35-year-old 5600 sq ft house with 4 skylights and attached 3 car garage and was in need of a complete roof replacement as well as the 4 skylights. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the job to include the installation of the new skylights and how clean my yard looked when the work was completed. Their pricing was, to me, more than reasonable and after all was done, I was told the skylights cost more than he realized but would not take additional payment. SUMMARY: They do wonderful work I will use them for any other future projects that I need done.

Caio and his team were life savers for us. We had a leak on our 3rd floor that did extensive damage to the two floors below it, but luckily, Caio responded quickly to the challenge, identifying the issue and working quickly to dry the spaces out which saved us additional damage and expense. The team then did a great job fixing the damage, making everything look new.

I used a very specific AI request for my small basement job requiring repointing a brick wall and repairing a stucco wall over rock and cement, Top-Pro Construction was one of the AI suggestions. Antonia Ferraz gave a prompt estimate with an exact time line. Their attentiveness and care throughout were excellent. The work area was encased in plastic sheeting with zipper openings to minimize dust. They left the area neat and clean. Their team of four cement specialist worked together to complete the work as discussed transforming the space to its former beauty. They were definitely a professional company to work with. With their range of skills, I'm sure we will have occasion to use them again.

We have a waterfront home at Hampton Beach that needed some updating. We called Top Pros. They re-sided our home like pros. On time - great communication and quality work. We love the look of the house now. A few months later we had a leak. Top Pros came out - assessed the issue. The roof top deck was rotting. Again, quality work and now no leaks.
