I had this company come out to evaluate my basement project, and everything seemed to be moving forward smoothly. But just as we were about to finalize the contract, they suddenly went silent. My calls were ignored, my messages unanswered. After days of trying to reach them, the person I had been working with finally picked up, only to tell me they couldn’t move forward with the agreed-upon terms. Instead, they insisted on reverting to the original, higher price. I was furious—I had invested so much time and energy into this, only to be left with nothing but frustration and disappointment.

We contracted with All Matters for our basement remodel and they were a breeze to work with. Communications and cost estimates were smooth, any time we had an issue they were more than willing to address it and most importantly, the project was completed more or less along the original timeline. Would definitely recommend.

All Matters General Contractors put a new roof on our house. Actually, our roof had gotten so bad that water was leaking behind an outward-facing wall in one of our bedrooms, and black mold was growing behind the wall. I knew our roof was bad, but I had no idea the extent of the damage or of the dangerous mold silently lurking in our home just a few feet away from us.

Needless to say, what we thought was ‘just’ going to be an exterior roof replacement ended-up being quite a bit of reconstruction indoors as well. I even had them repaint the exterior of my house! Claudio (the company owner) and everyone at All Matters were very accommodating, helpful and understanding. They are total professionals, and Welton (the manager) is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend All Matters.

All Matters General Contractor was amazing from start to finish. Claudio and His Team is so great to work with and gave us the dream theater/living room we have always wanted. I cannot recommend them enough! We will use them again.

I can’t say enough about All Matters General Contractors. After another contractor bailed out at the last minute in early October, All Matters saved the day, and did a beautiful job constructing two faux chimneys for us.
I believe that what most impressed me about this company is the level of communication they created with us while the project was being completed. While I have experienced working with contractors that are difficult to get ahold of, All Matters created an account on WhatsApp that allowed us to contact them easily and efficiently. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with General Contractors’ site manager, Robbie. For example, during the first day of the project, when I had some minor concerns, Robbie not only answered my text, but came to our home five minutes later! All in all, I would recommend All Matters to anyone, and plan to use them in the future for any additional home improvements we might have.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Team did a terrific job on our kitchen remodel.  The work was done on schedule and within budget, and the final result is beautiful.  Amir gave us good recommendations on cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting, faucets, etc.  His installation crews were very professional and were on schedule.  He also handled the remodel of our vanity which also turned out very well.  I highly recommend All Matters General Contractor.

Claudio at All Matter is a very pleasant person to call when you're in need of a roof. They did a complete tear off and replaced my roof 3 years ago and they did an excellent job. The clean up was perfect. Great company to hire for your roofing job.

All Matters did our roof replacement and interior wood repair. They were professional and responsive and finished the project on time. They promptly resolved whatever issues we encountered. Even though the work ran through the Thanksgiving weekend, they showed up on time and finished the project and cleaned up really well. Very satisfied and looking forward to working with them again in the future.

All Matters provided an excellent crew to replace my house roof. The team, 8 people, arrived on time and worked continuously from 9am to 7pm until the job was done. The roof installation was done very well. The crew showed respect for my house and yard and thoroughly cleared away the debris. Solar panels on the roof had to be removed before the shingles could be replaced and All Matters worked cooperatively with me to schedule the roof replacement as soon as the panels were removed.

All Matters General Contractor installed a new roof on our house, and we could not be more pleased. Claudio went over and beyond dealing with a warranty claim with the shingles company. The quality work performed by Blake, Matt and the roofing crew was top notch, and we were so impressed by the clean up work done by the roofing crew. I would highly recommend Watkins for any roofing needs.

All Matters did an excellent job with our basement repairs, including fixing our flooring, baseboards, walls, and more. Kevin Queiroz, our project manager, was communicative, responsive, and very friendly throughout the project, which made us feel comfortable. We are very happy with the work Kevin’s team did; they are all very respectful as well. We appreciated the WhatsApp group they created to send us daily updates. We will definitely be using them in the future!

We hired All Matters Construction to remove an old front porch and install a new one. The team was very professional, they listened to any questions we had, and communication was excellent and finished the project on schedule.We were extremely satisfied with the end result. I have recently used All Matters roofing, siding and painting services in my property in Boston and I'm very impressed with their professionalism and liability. Great deal, fair price and good technical assistance with detailed step by step explanations of what needed to be done and the reasons why.
