James and crew was able to fix our HVAC problem just 2 days before an open house. He is a master plumber and very knowledgeable, prompt with time and really tries to get the stuff done ASAP with the highest quality + gives a warranty for his work. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and would recommend him highly!

I got several quotes for a gas furnace, AC and hot water heater replacement. James at AICA seemed the most honest and straightforward. Some other big companies were far more expensive. AICA was responsive, and they clearly have a lot of experience doing home HVAC systems. They are also pleasant to work with, respectful and have good insight.
While working on the job I found a plumbing issue in the house, and since they offer plumbing services as well they fixed that the next day.
Overall, I am very happy I chose AICA instead of the other guys, always happy to choose a local business over a large one.

James and his son, Andrew, arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. They addressed and corrected the issue efficiently and in the most cost effective manner possible! I couldn't be more pleased with their service and honesty! Great company to work with and so wonderful to see a dad pass along his expertise to his son!! I will definitely be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs!
