I've been meaning to write a review for a year now, Tenzing and his team at AS8 completely renovated our existing heating system last year in June 2023. We went from radiators and no AC, to 2 heat pump systems with central air and heating. The fabulous team worked hard on site for approximately 2 weeks to coordinate removal of old radiators, and install a new duct system on two floors of our home. We now have an amazing system in place and filtered air for heat and cooling. The team was incredibly thoughtful and diligent. The system has been working without trouble for a year now. If anything changes I won't hesitate to call them up!

Installed ductless a/c with heat pump and a dehumidifier in the basement. Tenzing came up with a good design and solutions and kindly squeezed us in between bigger jobs so we didn't have to wait. His guys really know what they are doing and work their butts off. Top notch expertise and professionalism. And they do NOT price gouge like other HVAC companies. The best.

Tenzing & his crew are the best - everyone he works with is incredibly polite and always goes the extra mile with everything they do. They installed 2 new HVAC systems and a whole house dehumidifier during a major renovation. Highly recommend! Very dependable and quick to reply to any texts.

I cannot imagine a more dependable, honest, and professional HVAC company. Our a/c unit broke in the middle of a heat wave. Tenzing assessed the entire situation and communicated back and forth with the a/c company to make sure that he was choosing the proper system to match the duct work in our house and so that everything would go smoothly when they installed the unit. When Tenzing or his team say they will arrive at a certain time, you can be sure they will arrive AT that time. The installation took 10 hours. They ran into a technical issue and tried to trouble shoot, but the a/c manufacturer was already closed for the day. So they came back to complete the job the next day. The next morning we discovered we did not have hot water. They had to turn the switch to the boiler off to finish the installation. We didn't realize that, called Tenzing, and his technicians were at our house within a half hour to point out the simple problem and turn the switch back on. Honestly, the most patient, polite, and professional people I have ever worked with.

Great service and work Aldo installed two HVAC units. Aldo is very creative and able to think out of the box to solve my AC problems.

Aldo, thank you for all your help and the excellant work done by your crew. The Hingham Building Inspector was highly impressed with the quality of the work. We look forward to many years of service (when needed) by your company and professional crew.

A++ service from Al and his team. Super responsive, and also extremely knowledgeable about all systems, including modern Heat Pump and hybrid configurations. Al is a genius. Installed a new hybrid heat pump system for us.

I highly recommend Al and his family. They are a family business and good honest people, which is very important to me since I let them into my house and have to trust them. I like especially that Al is always responsive, gets back to me right away when there is a problem. They are also very competent and always have worked around my schedule. You cannot go wrong hiring them.

We had an incident with our car and one of Aldos HVAC's service vehicles. My car bumper was scraped and we were able to get footage from our neighbor's camera which is how we contacted Al's about this accident. The time frame (30 minute time window that I was away from my vehicle) and damage on my car matched up well from the surveillance camera footage. We contacted Aldos HVAC to have a conversation about this with them and they were extremely rude and unprofessional about it all. While the camera footage is not 100% clear (I would be happy to share it with anyone though to get more opinions) they were not even responsive that it could have possibly been them at fault. First, they tried to imply that it was simply my mistake and that I had missed the damage previously (I am a new mom and have a young baby which requires me to get the stroller out of my car almost every single day, multiple times a day. I would have definitely noticed major damage on my car!). Then they blamed us for trying to pin our accident on them and that it happens to them all the time where their drivers aren't even working in that area.. which is totally false since we have footage of their van swiping our car in the time frame that the accident occurred.

We are confident they hit our car and they strongly believe they didn't - but regardless of that fact the way that they treated me and spoke to me was completely disrespectful. I wish they would have just spoke with us in a respectful manner rather than try to turn the tables around and blame me for my own car getting damaged. Again, I want to reiterate that I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere and work with a company with people who are kind, respectful, honest even when they are not doing business with you.

This company was truly excellent to work with! From proposal through helping facilitate a Mass Save rebate, the whole team was thoughtful, transparent, responsive. Installation of our heat pump was smooth, clean, and on schedule. Highly recommend.

Recently, Aldo and his crew installed a mini split system at our home in Somerville. It is a sophisticated, demanding job, requiring significant technical skills. They did an impeccable job, quick and clean. They demonstrated great resourcefulness, working around significant structural limitations imposed by our old 19th century house. A couple of years ago they installed an entire HVAC system for a large auditorium our church was building in the city of Boston. Again, they did an extraordinary job. Passed inspections without any problems and saved us a ton of money. I recommend them enthusiastically and without any hesitation. You cannot go wrong with them.

My heating gave away at the worst time and I needed a new boiler. ALDO HVAC, installed a new Navien NCB-240E Combination Boiler in my home and now I have heat again 😊. The work performed was extremely professional and the team did an amazing job installing the system. The new Navien system is running great! ALDO employees are extremely friendly, responsive, neat, paying attention to detail and left the area very clean. If you need professional HVAC work done, without any hesitation I highly recommend going with ALDO HVAC.

These guys really came through in a pinch. I had a problem with an existing furnace about to die in a rental property and they came out, quoted and 10 days later installed a new furnace/ac/ductwork. They even installed it all in 1 day! Their price was incredibly fair and Al, the project manager and sales person, was very responsive and transparent from the beginning. I have worked with a lot of contractors and these folks really are great!
