I have used Aldos twice first for myself when A/C wasn’t working and they came out straight away and took care of it. Then when my sister needed to have her whole A/C system replaced, I called them. All the staff I met were polite, professional and very helpful especially Clarius and Al. They set a date for the job and they stuck to it and kept me in the loop. Even afterwards, when I had questions about applying for a rebate they informed me about, Al responded to me every-time. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. June in Quincy area.

Aldo HVAC is an exceptional HVAC company. They have done a professional job installing 7 high efficiency hvac systems (ECOER) that is smart and efficient. The smart diagnostics allows for Aldo’s team to act proactively before a problem arises. Crisis prevention. In addition, they have saved us with value on operating costs. We had them also install the ERV ventilation systems for fresh air that is energy efficient. They finally put in ion (no ozone) producing hardware to keep bacteria and viruses to a minimum. Al and his team have shown that they care repeatedly about their customers. They have answered all my questions, and I do ask a lot of questions. I like to be well informed. Their pricing was reasonable, which allowed us, a Medicaid facility, to be able to tap onto this exciting and cost-effective opportunity.

We initially had a miscommunication when I called because both my mini splits were blowing warm air, and I had stated that I suspected a leak. They sent a nice tech but who wasn't equipped to look for a leak other than 'a hiss sound or oil drips'. He refilled the compressors with refrigerant (billed $287! without forewarning) and 3 days later one of the two units is already no longer blowing cold.
It took my review here (thank you Google!) for the owner to come in person with another expert tech and all was "miraculously" solved in 2.5 hours.
The world is a better place when we admit miscommunication and clear things in person and on site; thank you Aldo!

I called stating that both of my year-old mini splits were no longer blowing cold air and that I suspected a refrigerant leak. Claudio sent a very nice man but who arrived to check the filters. In three hours on site, the tech was not equipped to check for leaks.
I was NEVER INFORMED OF THE PRICE CHARGED FOR REFRIGERANT, $287 for 2.5lbs of refrigerant (contractor price is around $15/lb)!!! Plus the agreed upon $200 service call fee, and THREE DAYS LATER NO MORE COOL AIR!!! ...and no response to telephone.
I will update this review according to their potential follow-up but for now I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALDO'S FOR ANYTHING BUT THE MOST BASIC.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and their service. I spoke with the owner's son, Al on a Thursday. He came out the same day, assessed the project, showed up on Monday, as promised, to do the work and everything was done as described. The men were careful with my things, protected my belongings in the areas they were working, were respectful of my space and cleaned up after themselves. I've been renovating my house for several months now and these tradesmen were by far the easiest to work with. Plus they were genuinely nice people. What more could you ask for? Thank you Al and Aldraldo.

Aldo’s replaced my central air unit. Much respect to Al and his team, they were quick, clean, and great with the chaos of two kids running around the house. They finished on schedule, explained everything to me before during and after, and really just took the stress out of such a big purchase. Would for sure recommend

They replaced a furnace with a heat pump. Al was far and away the most knowledgeable and professional of the 5 contractors I consulted for quotes, and the price was very fair. Al clearly explained options and was very familiar with the equipment he was recommending. I've referred friends because I was so satisfied with the work!

We have a 100 years old house in Arlington with radiator for heating. Based on our research, installing a central AC is a big chalenge and installing on 2nd and 3rd floor is a even more difficult task. We interviewed quite a few contractors, but most of them recommended split system, the remaining suggested to sacrifize closet space for duct work. When AL came, his suggestion really opened up our mind. His solution was to fully utilize the old house's feature and no need to create bulky visible duct work. His quote was competitive and payment schedule is fair.

Aldo's HVAC sent two to three technicians each day. They started in the morning and worked into 5 or 6, sometimes into the late evening hours to get task done. The crew was professional, clean, and respectful. Some crew don't speak English but with google translator, we could manage the conversation. We texted AL on questions or issues, he comminicated with the crew and fixed the issues next day.

The work took about 3 weeks, we are really happy to stay cool at home in the really hot summer and already started heating mode a few days ago. Everything is running smoothly.

Al is super responsive and organized, we installed a new heat pump and he made the process very easy. Our install was a bit complicated due to the design of our ducts, but the crew who installed it good naturedly stayed until after 7 PM programming it and wrapped it all up in one day. New system is great so far, looking forward to probably never buying oil again(it is our backup, but we will probably almost never use it, as this heat pump can operate at 15F). Would reccomend to anyone looking to install a heat pump or HVAC. Dump the fossil fuels!

Aldo did a new HVAC for our 2 family here in belmont. First off they showed up as scheduled with a plan and stuck to the plan and finished on time! The crew was prompt and courteous and cleaned up every afternoon. The house is nice and warm and everything was perfect! Would highly recommend their services

We hired a “Big name” Boston HVAC company who was highly reviewed on yelp & angie’s list, google ext.. to install all this worry free, expensive equipment. The only problem is they couldn’t get it to work. Further they couldn’t fix any of their issues and we were stuck without heat for a whole winter. Long story short it was a nightmare. Beware of any company that has a ton of great reviews, there is a good chance they are writing those reviews themselves.

Anyways, working with Aldos was night and day. I asked Al to come out and quote. He was at my door within a couple of days and saw the debacle the other company had left me with. A few days later he gave me a very reasonable quote and then said he’d start in a few weeks.

During that time frame he sent out his crew who managed to actually get the old system running and even put out a little heat. Aldos also provided space heaters to use while we waited for them to start. He knew we were cold and he made us as comfortable as possible while we waited for the install to begin.

When his crew did come out they worked from 8am – 5pm and always cleaned up after themselves. Unlike the other company Aldos doesn’t use sub-contractors so everyone is on the same page. They left the area very clean and were all polite. His crew was knowledgeable and hard working. Aldos plan/design saved a great deal of space both in our ceiling height and where the equipment was installed. The whole project took about 5 weeks. This took a little longer than expected due to the other company dragging their feet on a resolution of their over priced hack job.

In the end Aldo's equipment worked great all winter and we couldn’t be happier. Aldos filed all the paper work to MA Saves and we received a rebate. From start to finish everything was done professionally, on time and at a competitive price. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Aldos! You guys are all awesome. My only regret is not contacting Aldo's sooner..

Al and his team replaced our furnace and added central AC to our new house, and we cannot recommend them enough! Working with him and his team was seamless, and Al was great at communication. The guys who came to replace the furnace were all respectful and wore masks, and the work was completed on time. We are so happy with our new system! We also used the Mass HEAT Loan program for the first time (which as we now know) can be really challenging to navigate. Al was very helpful throughout the process, and when the bank was causing issues with the check, he went above and beyond to help us work it out. We would definitely work with them again!

I have had multiple great experiences with Aldos.

1) When my HVAC system was not working properly, I called Aldo's, that same day, they came out, found the problem, fixed it, and the system was back to normal.

2) I wanted to improve my HVAC system. I got multiple quotes from different companies, but ALDO's was by far the most affordable. They did great work and seem to truly know the ins and outs of the most up to date systems

I was renovating a 2 family in Medford what could go wrong went wrong with Aldos.
1.) Asked for a quote for HVAC. As the customer I wanted returns in both bedrooms and one return in common area. I told him make sure return duct is on the quote. Well he never put it on the quote then per conversation he said add it well to late I already gave the quote to the owner. Then he increases the amount for the returns and continues to argue with me that I do not need it. I am the customer and that is what I want... my mistake I should have read fully what was covered and what was not covered. But day 1 Al new exactly what I wanted.
2.) Prior to there installation 90% of the electrical was completed. Aldos completed during January. During construction heat was used at a minimum due to dust and filter were constantly changed. June we turned on the AC we were waiting on two subs insulation and final cleaning so the house was clean filters changed and almost done. So I turned AC on got a call 2 day later water in living room from Air Handler. Called aldos asap I went down immediately turned off the unit. Started to clean went to attic pan was full of water but not over the top. Opened drain to get water out of pan and shop vac pan. When tech came out that night he replaced over flow sensor and said air handler was pitched the wrong way. Al said he didnt know what he was talking about. He was the only one who open the unit and trouble shoot the issue onsite.
3) $10,000.00 damages!!!!! Floors and ceilings
4) Because it has been 6 months he will not cover it. Who turns the AC in January !!!! Also he said there was a whole in the pan well the pan was full. I agreed there was a hole in the pan but no one was near the unit except Aldos. So if there was a whole in the pan it was installed with a crack or hole. Electrical was completed near the Air handler prior to their installation
5.) He told the insurance not to cover because it has been more than 6 month!!!
6) I would never treat a customer in this manner. I ALWAYS give a 1 year warranty and I stand behind my work. ALDO'S owner gives contractor's a bad name ALDO owner is not trust worthy or reliable.
Yes I ate the the cost because it is my reputation.

I was in need for 2 whole house air conditioning units. I contacted Al from Aldo’s HVAC. He provided a very competitive quotation. The work performed was extremely professional. The employees did an excellent job. My two new ECOAIRE units are quite and very efficient. I cannot say enough about the incredible job that ALDO’S did. I highly recommend them.

In March 2021 I was in need of a new heat and air-conditioning system for another one of my buildings. I called Al and he inspected my existing system and recommended a new system. The new system was promptly ordered and installed.

You can always rely on Aldo’s for great service and a quick install!

I had a fairly complex system with ducted AC and baseboards for heat. Aldo's was able to install heat pumps instead of our AC compressors, create a dual zone from a single zone and integrate with the existing heating system using a single thermostat. The system overall works as a single unit and automatically switches to baseboards when it gets super cold.

Al and his team are very knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and always responded in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough. Aldo's also carries variable speed heat pumps that other installers do not.

Aldo's is great! I received estimates for central air install from about 10 HVAC providers - Aldo's offered a very competitive price, fair payment schedule, a good plan for how to cool my old, cape cod style house, and I just got a good vibe from Al. His communication was very good throughout the process and his guys arrived on time, worked hard the entire time they were at my house, were very professional and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We had a slight hiccup due to a delayed part, but Al and his team did everything in their power to accommodate my limited availability. I can't speak to how well the AC works yet because it's not hot enough outside but I will update soon. I would highly recommend working with Aldo's.

Large HVAC project handled from out of state. Excellent communication and service from planning, permitting, install and after. We wish that Aldo's was in other states, to serve our locations, as well. Highly recommended. Professional and polite.

We used Aldo's HVAC to replace our existing unit and install heat pumps. Al has been really great setting up expectations before the install and made the transition really easy. He has also been really available after the units were installed to helps us find the optimal settings for our specific needs. He has been back on site every time I called and has even pro-actively monitored our system remotely to make sure everything was functioning properly. It has been a great experience!

I highly recommend Aldo HVAC. I am a contractor and hired Aldo to work on my own home. Al is professional, prompt and his price is competitive. My mother, who lives with me, and is tough on first impressions said Al and his team were always friendly and respectful. As a contractor who has dealt with other HVAC contractors, I was impressed with Aldo’s knowledge as well as their methodology. Al recommended a system that met our needs and goals. We went with an electric system since we have solar panels, hoping it would be cheaper than gas. So far, our total bills are down! They went out of their way to make vents and openings extra secure, and also cleaned up after themselves very well (which pleased my wife). I also appreciated Al’s follow up calls and his responsiveness anytime I had a question. I have only good things to say about Aldo, and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Aldo HVAC!

Several years ago, Aldo's HVAC firm did a major job for our church when we built our new sanctuary in Boston. They did all the HVAC installation for a four level, 10,000 square-foot building. Aldo's performed way beyond our already demanding expectations.

This winter, once again, we engaged them for a significant job of installing a new heating and air-conditioning system for another significant building that we own. We're talking about a major, industrial level job.

Once again, Aldo's did not disappoint. They were economical, efficient and quite knowledgeable. Our new system is functioning flawlessly. Their suggestions were creative and outside of the box. We have benefited from them tremendously. We will save a huge amount of money in the coming years as a result.

Totally recommend Aldo's HVAC . Without a doubt, they're among the best.
