Reviews of local pros in Millbury, Massachusetts

I hired Dirty Bowl for a cleaning of a commercial property in August. The process was quick from quote to clean and I was impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail. I look forward to hiring them for future janitorial services!

Dirty Bowl cleaning is the BEST around. We developed a massive mold problem in our storage unit and needed every piece of furniture to be demolded/sterilized, rewrapped and moved to a new unit. Jon gave us the best quote and stuck to it. Kevin and crew showed up and handled the job with care, efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommend this team for the big tough jobs nobody else wants!

I called Dirty Bowl Cleaning Co on Saturday, Jon met with me the same day for a quote.and within a couple of days the job was complete!!!! I am so thrilled with what a great job they did!!!! I definitely recommend Dirty Bowl Cleaning Co!!!! I will absolutely use them again!!!!

Wonderful customer service and explained options and pricing for a few cleaning projects. I have hard to reach apt windows, and they used a special power washing style to protect older wood framed windows as well as newer windows. Fast and affordable!

Excellent cleaning. I am always amazed at the dedication of the work that is done in my house! They are committed people who have been in the cleaning job market for many years. Incredible

Excellent work, best cleaner
Fast and polite

Quick responses, reasonable costs, and very thorough. They did a great job cleaning the house after moving out. Everything was spotless.

I’ve been using them to clean my home for over six months. They are always on time, leave my home sparkling and my toddler and small dog adore them. I’d highly recommend Home and Office Cleaners to anyone.

Bluestone patio is finest kind

Great job all around. I would suggest using this service… great customer service!!

Eben did a fantastic job cleaning up my mother's property. Setting up the job with him was a breeze- he is accommodating and an excellent communicator. Most importantly, his talent and love of what he does really shows in his work. We look forward to working with him again!

Eben is very professional and communicative. I have used him for a number of projects including excavation, and commercial snow plowing. Highly recommend

Eben is awesome! He has done several projects for me, retaining walls, lawn repair and driveway extention. He is professional, friendly, timely and works hard. He starts a project when he says he's going too and completes the project before starting another. He is conscience of his work, detail oriented and precise. He does not skimp on his work. I have never been disappointed with anything he has done for me, in fact I am always more than happy with the work and know it is going to last forever. I will never use another company. Thank you, Eben! You are the best!!

I hired Windle Construction to replace and repair a drainage pipe running across my property, but the job was not completed as agreed. Instead of removing the old pipe, Chris installed a new one alongside it. When I brought this up, I was told it was either forgotten or never discussed, which was frustrating given the scope of the project.

I made multiple attempts to have the issue corrected, but communication eventually stopped and I was left without a resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all details clearly documented in writing and double-checking that expectations are fully understood before work begins.
