If you are looking for a very fine electrician look no further. Ligo Electric wired my newly constructed two story garage and did thoroughly excellent work. I wish I could give Linas and his crew more than 5 stars!

I contracted Ligo Electric to do a FULL rewire of a 1914 antique bungalo. The job started with removing decades of wiring, including knob and tube, and ended with installing a completely modern electrical system including a new box, fixtures, fans, etc. I can NOT say enough about Linas and the team at Ligo. While our other contractors had delay after delay and excuse after excuse and barely showed up, Linas did exactly what he said he was going to when he said he was going to, passing inspection after inspection and adhering to the timeline. The quality of his work was impeccable, and his communication was unmatched. I will definitely hire him again.

Called Ligo after purchasing a new home that needed a completely new panel. Ligo was extremely responsive via text, very easy to get in touch with them! Scheduled for the next week, but due to weather, they were able to come early to get the job done a week earlier than expected! Extremely detailed and quality work, would hire them for all of my electrical work.

I first discovered Ligo Electric on our community’s Facebook page after I sent out a request for recommendations following a bad experience with another electrical contractor. My wife and I had recently ordered a hot tub, and we needed the appropriate connections installed. Yvonne reached out, and we were chatting about the project shortly after. Linas came on site a few days later to look over the installation spot and wrote up the proposal shortly after. The bid we received from Ligo Electric was by far the most competitive bid out of the 4 other contractors surveyed, and we quickly accepted. Ligo handled all aspects of the project, including sourcing the permit and scheduling the wiring inspection. Once the tub was in place, Linas had the conduit and wiring installed and the tub connected in no time at all. The inspector gave the green light to power up, and the tub was filled that same day.

Ligo provided a fair bid, with full transparency (itemized list of materials, specific permit costs for the town, etc.) and no attempts to hide costs (which, I’m sorry to say, we encountered with other contractors bidding on this job (for example, a $200 flat rate for an electrical permit when our town charges $50 for the permit)). Whenever we had questions, it was easy to get in touch with either Linas or Yvonne, and it was great to work with a small business from our own community. I would not hesitate to bring Ligo in to perform additional electrical work for our home or recommend their services to friends and family alike.

My wife and I called Ligo Electric to install and run a 60 amp line from our electrical panel near the front of our house to the back of our house for a new hot tub we had just bought. Linas and Yvonne were professional, on time, and did a fantastic job for us. They took care not only the actual work, but also getting the local permit and have the town inspection done. We are extremely happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to have them do electrical work for us in the future!

Worst experience ever!!!! He couldn't even find the leak where the hose connected to the faucet. He said the problem was the faucet and a new faucet was needed. Not true!!!

I have used Ken for the last two years for anything from a leaking sink to a blown up boiler to radiator sandblasting. Every time he is here quickly and does a great job. I would never use another plumber!

I had a pretty horrible experience with this plumber. About 10 months ago he was at my house to repair a faucet on my bath tub. He gave me an option to repair it or replace it. I had asked him to repair it but he claimed he replaced it. When I questioned this, he started yelling at us and said he would rip apart everything and would take me to court etc. I ended up paying him the replacement cost. Fast forward 10 months, last week my faucet stopped working. I called him and now he says there is no warranty on repairs (this in spite of charging me for replacement and giving me a receipt that says that this work has 1 year warranty). I will never ever work with this guy. Be careful as he charges a lot of money for small jobs and his warranty is pretty useless as he never honors it anyway.

I contacted Ken for an estimate on a sewer pipe replacement. He came out and gave my mother a verbal estimate for my pipe. My mother told me he seemed like he did not want to do the job. I emailed him a few days later asking for a written quote to which he did not respond. I called him the next day around 8pm and surprisingly he answered. I asked about a written estimate and he told me he only does free verbal estimates. He never said this before now. He also told me I could "maybe" get a written estimate by Sunday but he was "kinda busy." He further stated that he "never talked to me before." This was a lie as we communicated through e-mail, he spoke with my wife on the phone, and my mother in person. I pointed out how we had already spoke and that he was now contradicting himself. At this point, Ken hung up on me. Throughout this entire conversation it was evident Ken was intoxicated as he was slurring his words. I have no issue with drinking responsibly after work but if your going to do that-don't answer the phone. He was extremely unprofessional, displayed a lack of integrity, was not at all interested in doing the work which he could have just said that from the beginning, and was the highest quote we received (I just needed the quote in writing for a specific purpose). There is absolutely no way I would recommend him to anyone even if he did good work. So, if you like unprofessional plumbers then by all means give Ken a call.

Ken came the next day after I called about non-emergency work. He gave a clear and fair price. He did the work quickly and neatly. Regarding a chronically slow-draining bathroom sink he gave practical advice rather than trying to sell more work.
