I have hired Ken many times over the years for several different jobs. i have also referred him to many family members and friends. Ken always returns calls promptly, arrives at the designated time, completes the job in a timely manner, and on budget. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more reliable contractor.

We have hired Ken for several different plumbing issues in our home over the years. He is prompt and thorough, always a job well done.

Doing an entire kitchen remodel is exhausting in so many ways. Ken was honestly, the one professional we hired that didn't stress us out. He came through right to the end, just as he explained it Ken is prompt, respectful & cleaned up afterwards. should we need plumbing work again, we now have a trusted plumber. Thank you Ken!

Ken is a grumpy man who thinks it is okay to charge high prices for small jobs. After he quoted me $195 for a 30 min faucet replacement, I told him no thanks and let him know the estimate provided by Home Advisor was $60 less. He told me “you don’t know what a fair price is”. Since there was no real plumbing required, I did the job myself and saved myself the $200!

I Wanted a locally owned business that I could rely on and get the job done right. Ken took the time to diagnose and provide a solution to a few plumbing issues I had around the house. Of the three plumbers I interviewed, he gave the best value and overall experience. Would highly recommend!

I have been relying on Ken, for years now, for all my plumbing needs. Ken is pleasant, shows up same day, ready to go, identifies the problem, gives me a quote on the spot and starts right away. His quality of work is phenomenal and cleans up when he is done. I would highly recommend Ken for any size job.

Ken installed a new tub for me. This job was EXTREMELY difficult for reasons I won’t get into. Ken did an AWESOME job! He also fixed part of the cast iron for my toilet. A job he tells me most plumbers don’t even know how to do. He did it in a snap. He was on time each day and really knows his stuff. I researched several plumbers for the job and he was the most affordable. Can’t say enough good things about Ken. I highly recommend you check him out for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Ken helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater died on the weekend. As expected, most other plumbing services couldn't make it out for several days. That's a no go when you have two kids in the house. Ken came out the next day, quickly replaced the hot water heater and charged a reasonable price.

We'll be calling him again for future plumbing work.

I've read many of the reviews about Ken and I felt compelled to write my own. I met Ken quite by mistake several months ago outside a restaurant that both of us found closed. We shared some information about a job I needed done at my Dad's house. I finally contacted him (recently), and he came to my Dad's house and gave me an estimate. He did a terrific job and managed to get it done in one day (and at the price he quoted). The work and materials were completed clean and professionally. Ken has his own personality which may seem to be a little dry, but hell..., he's a businessman and he was there to do a job, not make friends with me. I'm sure he meets many people on a daily basis and customers aren't always the easiest people to work with and around. I myself enjoyed talking to him and he seemed to be a great guy. I didn't stand around pestering him and let him do his thing. Great job Ken! I'd gladly recommend your services to anyone. Good plumbers aren't always easy to find.

Ken has done work for me on a couple apartments. Always on time, does a great job and cleans up after himself. Will use again for future projects and highly recommend. Might not be the cheapest, but you often get what you pay for. It’s worth it to remove the headaches you get from other low ballers. Ken has corrected these other “plumbers” mistakes and his work is noticeably better as well as his professionalism. Don’t let these other reviews steer you away from a quality tradesman.

Ken has been our regular plumber since we moved to Worcester in 2019. He also did the plumbing for the previous owner of our house. He is knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, and considerate. All his work is first-rate.

We had the worst experience with this company ..they don't call you back and when I finally reached them , the women who answered the phone was so rude..we went 5 days with no heat...we had to call another company...dont use them they don't care about their customers!

Called to have a kitchen faucet installed - and was stood up. I called, they apologized and then rescheduled for the next day. The next day was also a no show.

Guy said he'll be here at 11 so I waited. Didn't show so I called and then he promised 1, didn't show to that either.. wasted my whole day waiting for him.. Nit a good way to treat a customer..
