Maria and her team recently did a fabulous deep clean/reset for us. Everything was meticulous—they even removed stains from a sink that I thought was hopelessly stained. We had a lot of different surfaces (lots of hardwood floors & cabinets, tile, etc) and everything was gleaming when they left. It can be hard to find cleaners who do windows, inside refrigerators, or inside of ovens but she does. She uses the cleaning products that you provide, which I appreciate (but she brings mop, vacuum, rags, etc). The three team members were very efficient and did so much work in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very fair and Maria did an in-person estimate ahead of time. I have never had a regular cleaner before but the service she provides is worth it and I will book again.

I contacted this company for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They quoted $75 per vent for a “full cleaning”. For such a high price, I was expecting professional-grade equipment. When the technician arrived, he showed up with a shop vac and claimed he would vacuum a few feet into each vent, which is far from a complete system cleaning.

Upon seeing the equipment, I decided this was not what I was paying for and declined the service.

Do your research beforehand. A reputable company should be NADCA certified and will use proper duct-cleaning tools, such as a truck-mounted or negative-air vacuum system with HEPA filters. A thorough cleaning takes hours and includes access to the main duct lines, not just a quick vacuum in the vent.
