The schedule was super easy online in the website, we got text and email that confirmed the schedule time with the full price that we will pay.
The technician, Busha, arrived on time and was super professional, we clean the HVAC ductwork and the dryer vent.

Don't take the job if you have no intention of doing the job. Scheduled a service for 10/17 at 11am. Confirmed on 10/16 that they were still coming. At 9am on the 17th I got a call from the technician that he needed to push the service to later in the day. We agreed on 1p. At 1:30p I called the tech back. He said someone else would be coming out and to contact the home office. I contacted the home office and was told there was a "family emergency" and they need to reschedule.

Somehow, they expected me to believe that the same person who was dealing with a family emergency also called me in the morning and asked to reschedule. I've heard nothing back from them since I challenged this.

I'm in Western MA and tend to believe the tech just didn't want to drive out here. Engage with caution.
