This was the second AC job I asked Paul to do. Another very thorough effort to install a. New condenser and coil in the middle of a hot summer. Also, Paul made the extra effort to not track any dirt while walking up to the attic or down to the basement. Well done and fast

We recently were referred to Paul for help with installation of a new induction cooktop because we also needed installation of a replacement downdraft vent that we’d purchased separately. He responded immediately and did it all except the electrical: he expanded the cutout in our granite countertop, installed the cooktop, and installed the vent. It all works perfectly. He even inspected our aging HVAC and did some basic cleaning and diagnostics. We plan to stick with him!

Paul replaced our HVAC system which failed this past summer. We used the Mass Save incentives to get updated units and heat pumps. He stayed late on multiple days to get the job done. He’s clearly very knowledgeable about older systems as well as the updated ones. We’ve really enjoyed the new system and it is quieter and much more energy efficient!

He spent multiple hours with me reviewing my options for upgrading my heating system and also my water tanks. In addition to helping me decide upon which system would be best of my home upgrade, he also was very knowledgable about obtaining loans for this kind of big work.

When the work began, Paul was meticulous about protecting my property and cleaning up after the work was done. Not only do I think that his work is excellent, I've also received many compliments from others who were working on other projects about how neat his work / installation is.

On several occasions now, the tank that Paul suggested was able to alert me about problems that were happening in my house before they turned into much bigger and more severe problems.

We have an older HVAC system with an unusual setup that needed serious attention, including a clogged drain line and a filthy evaporator coil that hadn’t been cleaned in far too long. I reached out to Paul with some photos, and he responded quickly and came by to take a look and provide an estimate. He was willing to jump in right away to get us back into working order. Paul worked into the evening to get everything cleaned and running properly, and he was extremely thorough. The unit was exceptionally clean inside when he was finished, and the final total was within the range he originally quoted. He also shared before-and-after photos, explained everything clearly, and took great care to clean up thoroughly when he was done. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running well. Overall, a very professional experience and someone I will absolutely call again.

Highly recommend this company. Our heat shut down on a 9 degree day. Boiler/heating system was 30 years old . 14 hours later , including work up until 1 am, the heat was fixed!
