We just moved to Needham and signed up for a service plan for Needham Oil. They are the best, when you call, you get right to an actually person! We also had our boiler die and they we amazing for us upgrading to a brand new heating system. Would highly recommend them!

We have been using Needham Oil for over five years. Its amazing how the truck pulls up without fail as the oil marker shows low. I never have to call to remind them or go without. They also send someone out each year to check all the equipment and the one year I had flooding below the boiler, they knew exactly what to do and get it fixed that day. I recommend them highly as a local business taking care of local people.

Jim is a true professional.. incredibly competent ,knowledgeable and efficient. He is the only one I request when my air conditioning or heating systems need service. I trust and have great respect for Jim..in his field and as an individual.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa F. for approx 5 years in supplying oil and service to my heating system in Needham. It is rare for me to take the time to provide a review, however her customer service is so exemplary and she is such a great help when needed, that I find myself doing so this time. I highly recommend Lisa and her service technicians who do a truly fine job.

I am consistently pleased with the service that NOA provides after so many years as a customer. The most recent call by Jim who was on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. When I first bought my house, the prior owner was a Needham Oil customer and recommended their services. I have not been disappointed. The company is great to work with, especially, Lisa F, as well as the service crew. Whenever I need an oil delivery or repair service, Lisa makes it happen - fast. Our family has used Needham Oil for over 30 years. Rick and Alan are our primary service technicians for our semi annual tune-up appointments. They are knowledgeable and thorough and do a great job keeping our heating system in top shape. The company is responsive to all of our heating needs.

Great customer service. Had a heating issue and was resolved the same day. Jim not only fixed the problem, but took the time to explain everything to me. Was with another oil company for the past two years and just switched to Needham oil this year. Great decision. Recommend them for oil, heat or ac.

Today Jim came to conduct the one year service of our new Bryan Central Air Systems (2 of them). Just like the service he provided last time which he repaired our system, he is friendly, competent, and very pleasant to work with. I gave him a five-star again.

Our AC was not working. I called Needham Oil this morning and they had Jim come over at 1pm this afternoon. Jim was very nice and very efficient. He fixed the problem quickly and then took the extra time to make sure everything was working properly with the unit.
Needham oil & air replaced our oil tank and furnace this year and replaced our other AC unit just recently. Whenever we have had a problem they always get someone out to us whether it happens at 10am or 3am.

I had a fantastic experience with Needham Oil Complete Heating and Cooling. They installed mini-split AC systems in our home, and they were significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes we received. They were professional, flexible, and did an excellent job with the install. Would strongly recommend them!

Needham Oil & Air has been extremely professional and reliable. We've had a service contract on both an oil furnace and a natural gas furnace. The service team is always prompt and highly trustworthy. In addition, the front office team (especially Lisa) has always been friendly and responsive. Great experience from a local company!

Needham Oil & Air has been wonderful. Jim G. in particular takes it all in stride with professionalism and a smile. When cabinet installers at my home unexpectedly hit a water line and then subsequently pressurized my boiler, Jim came to the rescue! He was calm and professional in a house full of water, workmen, and chaos. Today he performed my annual maintenance and was just as professional and friendly. What a pleasure!

I had ductless air conditioning put in last Thursday. Scott was one of the technicians. I could not be happier with the experience. They were very professional. They answered all questions and worked quickly. The entire system was up and running before dinner. I have always said that I love a man who vacuums - well I got two of them. They cleaned as they went along. You wouldn't even know that they had been here, except for the cool air in the three rooms. I would highly recommended Needham Oil and Air and their technicians to anyone interested in putting in a system.
