We had no heat since the storm of 26. Nobody would come out. They kept telling us okay next day. Next day, next day, next day nobody ever would come out. But Paul from elements, mechanical, he came, he's my superhero right now. He got our heat working, he got us hot water. Ohh, I can't tell you what a savior. He is. I recommend him because he wasn't going to quit until he got my heat going.

Terrible company, hard to get in contact with, they recently did a job at my home installing two new furnaces and made lots of dents in my wall I’ve tried calling multiple times to resolve this but I just get sent straight to voice mail wouldn’t reccomend this company workers also look in experienced

They came to install a new AC system as well as maintenance on the old one. They also installed a central fan system and a couple other small services. The job was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. we are very pleased with the work done!

Several years ago HVAC Industries replaced our 20 year old system. This included all new equipment and ductwork. Instead of just laying the ductwork across the attic joists, they took the time to route the ductwork in a manner that allowed me to double my storage space! Last year I had HVAC industries come back and install a mini split in my she-shed. Perfect from start to finish. Each individual I dealt with throughout this process was polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

The owner of this company does not hold his employees accountable. An employee of his company lives next door and leaves his van parked in front of our house to cause problems.which is very childish and immature.I also know the company hires people with no experience in the actual trade and will hire if they pass online courses and have had no actual experience in the field.

Jeff and Mike showed up on time to replace our steam boiler. They were very polite and knowledgeable, including explaining the differences in the new boiler versus the old. They left the work area clean and even moved a piece of furniture back in place for us. Very nice guys working for a very good company. I am duplicating this review for Mike.

Jim G as always was terrific. He interrupted his weekend to bail us out as we had no hot water. In 10 minutes he fixed the problem. We could not be more appreciative about both his knowledge and efficiency and most importantly his kindness and skill
