Amazing service !!! Paul is awesome !! He came right out when I called him and did a better cleaning job than I could ever do ! He pulled a damn jar out of my chimney ! If it wasn’t for him my whole family would have had co2 poisoning or much worse .. thank you so much Paul for all your help 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Paul came out after our central air system died suddenly and our house became very warm quickly. He came out quickly, did an extremely thorough job and gave some long term suggestions to maintain and prevent the same problem again.

Paul is very meticulous and does pristine work. He’s very professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I’ve had him install a ductless mini split in my office and annual maintenance on all my cooling systems. I plan to have him do all future work and maintenance going forward. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you want it done right, call Paul.

A pipe in our home started to leak due to a builder mistake 20 years ago. Paul was available and incredibly accommodating to our last minute need. He made sure to fix the issue and educate us on the options for further repairs, just in case anything else pops up.

Paul was very responsive to my calls and texts and was able to service my A/C unit right away - which in the heat was super important to me! He went above and beyond in his service - for example, he laid down sheets to protect my floors, and he swept and vacuumed after he completed service. He was very informative about what he was doing and took a lot of photos for documentation as well. Very fair and didn't try to upsell. Would use him again!

Highly recommend Paul! We had an emergency and he came right out. This was our first time using Paul and it won't be our last. He was highly recommended on Facebook and that is where I found him. He recommended we look into Mass Save for A/C installation and we are in the process of doing that. It is no surprise to me that he has all 5 star review.

Paul installed our heat pump this November, 2023. He was incredibly responsive at all times of the day and evening to my questions regarding not just the installation details but how to access the no-interest loan and rebate available for heat pump customers via MassSave. I can't imagine any contractor who could care more about his client's needs. Paul is the best!

Paul is such a gem - he’ll be our HVAC go-to for life. We had a five year old system with a handful of issues that previous technicians either couldn’t figure out or unfortunately made worse. With our heat not working in the dead of winter, Paul was so responsive, diligent, and skillful of fixing the problems for us. He went the extra mile of fabricating a part, checking in after the job, and coming on a Sunday. Pricing was honest and fair. If you need help with HVAC, look no further!

Yesterday with temps close to 90 degrees I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling from the central AC unit in the attic. I called Paul who immediately picked up his phone and told me he would be there same day which shocked me figuring it would be at least a week to hear back from somebody. Paul arrived in the afternoon and was able to diagnose the source of the leak and spent close to 3 hours in a steamy attic to resolve. He did great work and was meticulous putting down drop cloths. I would highly recommend Paul for any central AC issues.

Paul came to our rescue when our A/C unit died and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice of going with him. He was very prompt in his responses and among the 3 other companies we received a quote from, he was the most respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough person to help us. He installed our system in 2 days in a very tricky/tight space and we couldn’t recommend him more!

Paul came out today to help with an emergency. After a long day, he came by at 6:30 PM (on a Friday….on his birthday) and still took his time going through the system and making sure he fixed it right the first time. He made suggestions but wasn’t pushy and was able to explain everything in detail, so we could understand each step. Paul knows his stuff and has the integrity we are all looking for in a business owner!

Paul was super professional, quick responding and clearly understood I needed desperate help with my sewer ejector pump. Paul showed up exactly when he promised to, walked into my home day care suited up and became the man in a white suit to fix the “poop pipe” he was extremely efficient, fairly priced, full of knowledge! After the job was complete took the time to answer a few hundred questions from the class. I would highly recommend him for any job!

Paul really came through for me when my AC broke during a heat wave. He fixed it that day, was very respectful and cleaned up extremely well. Recommended!

Our oil furnace failed on the coldest day of the year! We spent a lot of time calling around and really struggled to have anyone even respond. Paul was amazing came out just before Christmas and got everything repaired and working within a few hours. He could not have been more helpful we would thoroughly recommend his services.

Thursday morning he came out & had us up & running/cool within an hour! He was VERY knowledgeable & even took the time to educate me on my system & some future upgrades! Our air conditioning wasn't working when we first turned it on for the season and of course it was one of the hottest days of the year. Paul was very responsive and was here the following day. He checked everything going on with the A/C unit and figured out the issue was related to wiring that had been eaten through by animals on the outside of the house. He fixed the issue the same day, making sure everything was working properly before leaving and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working. Paul was great to work with and I can't recommend him enough!
