Reviews of local pros in Needham, Massachusetts

Summary: Expert, friendly, highly informed, and detailed. Highly Recommend! My family reached out to a professional carpet cleaning service with a unique task: to clean the carpets inside a few train carriages at a railway museum. Our technician Evan was extremely knowledgeable and amicable. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and the science behind it. He ensured everyone that the cleaning would be comprehensive and all moisture would be completely extracted, resulting in fully dry carpets. Frankly speaking, Evan's work was more than excellent. In simple terms, he performed wonders, making each carpet look brand new. He managed to eliminate deep stains we believed were impossible to eliminate. We couldn't be happier with the results!

We just got our carpet and tile floors thoroughly cleaned by Todd and Evan. The service was professional from beginning to end. We were kept in the loop about their arrival time and received quotes and final invoices promptly. They took meticulous care to prevent any harm to our home and made the entire process a breeze. They ensured the cleaning met our standards. We had to move some furniture to ready the area for cleaning. The carpet now looks fantastic and our tile floors appear as if they were just laid down, despite being in place for 18 years. We're extremely satisfied with the work done by Choice Needham Carpet Care and will certainly be using their services in the future.

i reached out to louis thinking I was calling a maid service to arrange a complete cleaning service because of moving out... louis informed me that he does carpet cleaning and such, but he knows a few businesses he could direct me to... I got in touch with one of these businesses and booked a meeting. Then later that night, I realized that my carpet also needed cleaning, so I remembered louis being friendly and very helpful on the phone by pointing me to other businesses, even though i hadn't used his services...So I contacted louis again to see if he had any carpet cleaning slots available, and louis set me up for the following morning. Less than 24 hrs!! louis and his buddy evan were very punctual and nice. The professionalism was impressive, they made sure to vacuum the floor before cleaning (even though it had just been vacuumed by the cleaning service) they still completed that step. louis and evan worked together in the rooms and cleaned the carpet very quickly. louis and evan got the carpet looking fresh & brand new!! excellent price for the service received... customer friendly!! very fast!! They are definitely my new carpet cleaners!! A+++++++++++ I then remembered choice needham carpet care, who were recommended by louis. Andres from the company was very helpful and friendly on the phone. I scheduled an appointment with them for carpet cleaning. Andres and his team arrived promptly the next morning. They were professional and kind, ensuring they vacuumed the floor before starting the cleaning process. Even though the floor had just been vacuumed by the maid service, they didn't skip this step. Andres and his team worked efficiently, cleaning the carpets in all rooms swiftly. My carpets ended up looking fresh and brand new. The price was great for the service received. They were customer friendly and quick. They are definitely my go-to carpet cleaners now. A+++++++++++

We're really pleased we discovered this outstanding carpet cleaning service. Louis is remarkable. He oversees every part of the services delivered by his team and maintains communication with clients during the process. The cleaning job he performed on our carpets made them look brand new. He exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond by applying several coats of stain protector on our living room carpet to ensure future spills won't leave a trace. Louis even provides a 'welcome' package that includes a carpet cleaning product he recommends. I highly endorse this Needham-based service.

Upon reaching out to Choice Needham Carpet Care, they promptly arranged my cleaning appointment. The carpet on my stairs was revitalized to an almost new condition, and my area rugs were impressively cleaned. Two of my swivel rocker chairs were also cleaned, returning them to their original, brand new appearance. Louis was not only professional but also considerate, addressing all my concerns. He even surprised me with plastic corner coverings to shield my home's corners from the long cleaning hose. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of carpet or upholstery cleaning. Once again, thanks for the fantastic service.

Choice Needham Carpet Care operates with high professionalism and is excellent to work with. I reached out to them when my grandmother wished for clean carpets. I was pleasantly surprised that they had available slots and not only did they arrive as promised, they also offered outstanding customer service. Starting with Todd, who responded promptly to my queries and was extremely patient with every question we had, to Evan and Louis who provided insightful information and top-notch customer care. My grandmother was overjoyed with her fresh and clean carpets. We will certainly be seeking their services again.

Recently, we enlisted the services of Choice Needham Carpet Care to freshen up our dirty office carpets. After a thorough clean, the carpets looked absolutely stunning. The transformation was so impressive that the office downstairs requested the same carpet cleaning service. I was so pleased with the results that I arranged for Todd, Jay, and Evan to clean the carpets at my residence immediately after the office job. The carpets at home were in a terrible state due to the previous owner's dogs and had a foul odor. Now, they are completely clean and beautiful. The team from Choice Needham Carpet Care was hardworking, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. They were so trustworthy, I felt completely comfortable leaving them unattended at my property. Evan was particularly outstanding with his joyful and diligent work ethic. He didn't hesitate to lend a hand to a neighbor who needed help carrying a heavy item to their truck and was quick to return to his work duties. In my line of work in the tech industry, we value employees who can work swiftly, stay focused on the task at hand, and multitask effectively. I hope they realize what an exceptional worker they have in Evan. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and will certainly be using them again in the future.

if you want your home to have a fresh and spotless look, you should call Choice Needham Carpet Care. not only did Louis use his skills, but he also gave a very fair price. he fit me in quickly and did an amazing job with the carpet cleaning. actually, he even did some extra work that i really appreciated. the service was super friendly and helpful. this is what real customer service looks like.

Evan is a true professional, and we were very happy with the carpet cleaning he did for us. His cleaning method is much better than what others in Needham offer. On top of that, he even shared some homemade jam and fresh tomatoes from his garden with us, which was a nice touch. While his prices are a bit higher than some other carpet cleaners in the area, the quality makes it worth it. We have tried other carpet cleaning services before, but none of them gave us results like this. If you want your carpets to be really clean and sanitized, Evan is the one to call. We have definitely found our go-to carpet cleaning service.

I contacted Choice Needham Carpet Care after some upholstery got dirty during a recent move. From the very first phone call, Evan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about their carpet and upholstery cleaning services. He quickly arranged a convenient time with the customer and had everything cleaned in no time. The customer was very happy with the results! Evan was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone!

This is exactly why I prefer working with small, locally owned businesses! Out of all the carpet cleaning companies I’ve tried in Needham, this team was by far the most responsive and truly cared about their work. I asked them to clean the carpets in the common areas of the facility I manage—about 9,500 sq/ft—and when they finished, the carpets looked brand new. Even our building director was impressed and decided not to replace a big section of carpet that other companies said couldn’t be saved. Evan and his crew also tackled the tile and grout in our 500 sq/ft kitchen, and the results were just as amazing—the floors look spotless. Plus, their prices were much more affordable than any other quotes I received. With such great value and excellent service, this is the only carpet cleaning company I’ll be using from now on. Highly recommend!

From the first phone call, louis was incredibly helpful and professional. i didn't know much about carpet cleaning, but he took the time to explain the proper way to clean area rugs and why it matters for different materials. the cleaning process is pretty detailed and takes some effort, but it really pays off. our rugs were looking matted and worn out before, and after the cleaning, they looked almost brand new. really impressed with the results from choice needham carpet care!

After a lot of rain, our downstairs carpet ended up soaked due to a sump pump issue. We first tried another big company, but they didn’t get rid of the smell and charged us too much. Then we reached out to Choice Needham Carpet Care, and Evan responded right away. He showed up with all the right equipment and worked hard until the carpet was fresh, clean, and odor-free. The team really knows how to handle tough carpet cleaning jobs—they’re quick, skilled, and their prices are fair. If you have any carpet problems, definitely give them a call first. Highly recommend!

After a bathroom flood caused water damage upstairs, I reached out for carpet cleaning services. Evan and Todd were extremely professional and caring about the situation. They scheduled my appointment quickly, even coming the same day I called. I appreciated the polite text letting me know when they were on their way. Evan and Todd not only reinstalled the carpet that needed to be pulled up, but also did an amazing job deep cleaning the whole area. Both of them were courteous and clearly took pride in their work. It’s great to see people who truly care about doing a great job. I will absolutely use this company for carpet cleaning again!

We were lucky to have a very old, beautiful handmade oriental rug passed down to us. After years of my kids and dog playing on it, the rug started to look really worn out and didn’t smell fresh anymore. I was nervous about handing it over to just any carpet cleaning company, so I took my time to find a service in Needham that I could trust. When I found this carpet cleaning company, I was impressed by their modern cleaning methods that use no harsh chemicals. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The results were amazing! The rug came back looking and smelling like new, and it was soft underfoot again. I’m very grateful to have found such a reliable carpet cleaning service in Needham and would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ll definitely use them again for future carpet cleaning needs.

We recently used this carpet cleaning service for the first time and would definitely recommend them to others. Andres and his partner arrived right on time and quickly provided a fair estimate for cleaning our carpets. They took extra care to protect the tile floors in our hallways by laying down runners, which we really appreciated. The team did a very thorough carpet cleaning, and they even used fans to speed up the drying process in each room. Both workers were friendly and honest throughout the job. We originally heard about this company from a friend who had a great experience as well. It’s always great to support a local small business that delivers excellent service!

I highly recommend Choice Needham Carpet Care for anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. When I called to set up an appointment, someone answered right away and was very friendly and helpful, which made the process easy from the start. We picked a convenient day and time, and their technician, Todd, arrived right on schedule. He was polite, knew exactly what he was doing, and worked carefully and efficiently. He cleaned my carpeted stairs and my sectional sofa, and both looked amazing afterward—like new again. I’m really pleased with the results and will definitely use their carpet cleaning service again when needed.
