We have a 2 year old roof and fairly new gutters. We were getting large ice dams on roof and gutters this winter and needed help quickly and professionally. Nate and Paul with GF Sprague were great. They clearly explained the extent of the situation and the steps that would be required to remove large ice dams from our third and first floors. My only disappointment is that I didn’t call them sooner. They do get pretty backed up. But when they do arrive it is done well.

GF Sprague Exteriors replaced our roof recently and we were very pleased with their expertise and professionalism. We were given detailed explanations of the work to be performed and, when we had additional questions, we could reach people easily because we were given everyone's direct cell phone number- and they answered their phones right away! The work crew was great- obviously highly skilled and also courteous and conscientious. The cleanup was so thorough! We knew we were in good hands with Paul Elliot and Matt D'Agostino and their crew.. We highly recommend this company.

Contacted GF Sprague when ice dams were forming. They came out the same day to look at my roof and the next day to clear it of snow and ice. Everyone was very nice to work with. Huge relief! Thank you!

GF Sprague came right away for a consultation and soon after removed the snow from our roof. We had significant interior damage from the storm a month ago and did not want any further damage. They damaged my rug leaving brown stains all over it. Prior to them cleaning there were no stains, just needed a cleaning. They also damaged our hardwood floors that now need to be repaired by a professional. They aren't local to needham, they are based in California so it's been very hard to have this situation rectified. No one is returning calls and our last option is to file a police report for property damage.

i believe the gentleman who serviced our home was named andres, but he cleaned our four rooms today and did such a marvelous job. he ensured that i inspected his work before he left to confirm it met my expectations. he was extremely professional and friendly! i would recommend choice needham carpet care 10/10.
