He was kind of authoritative while doing his job and my cooktop was not repaired yet

Very friendly, thorough and explained what needed to be done. Received replacement parts and he returned to complete the job in s timely manner.

Tech was on-time, thorough, personable and made quick work of my annual riding lawn mower maintenance. I really like the on-site service. Will definitely use this service again.

Our repair man was very polite and explained how he was diagnosing the problem. Once it was complete, he educated us and allowed us to make the decision moving forward. He was exceptional!

I had a very disappointing experience. The technician who came to my home was clearly not experienced and admitted he was not familiar with my appliance. He spent most of the visit searching on his phone instead of actually diagnosing the problem.

He did no repair work, could not properly diagnose the issue, and couldn’t even perform a basic task like manually unlocking the washer door so I could retrieve my laundry. Because of his lack of knowledge, the visit was a complete waste of my time.

Despite providing no solution and no diagnosis, I was still charged for this visit. Charging customers when no work is done and no expertise is provided feels completely unfair and unprofessional.

I would not recommend this service and even customer service was unhelpful

I am so happy with the service from Sears. The technician Steve was amazing. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest. He overhauled my riding mower. It is running like its new. The total cost was more than reasonable. So glad I went with this company and that they sent a wonderful representative of the company. Many thanks.

Paul came and diagnosed the problem quickly, helped me manage all the steps with the AI customer service (took three tries!) , ordered the part, and made an appointment to come back to fix it. He was professional and polite. The part arrived the next day, and Sears contacted me asking if I wanted an earlier appointment. The new time was more convenient and so Zach came out today. He was professional, polite, clean and organized. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips each step of the way (I asked for that). Both service people were wonderful!
Customer service on the phone was very frustrating, however, and I hope they bring back real people soon instead of being AI only.

Mike had an unexpected window in his schedule and was able to come even earlier than the already prompt scheduled time. He did a great job repairing the fridge so it no longer freezes over in both sections. It's a week later and still running as it should. Thank you!

Replied quickly to my initial estimate request and was able to come repair the heating element in my dryer a few days later (he even had the spare part needed in his truck). Very knowledgeable and friendly while completing the work quickly. Great experience and highly recommended.

Although my cooktop was working, my oven was not, ruining my special occasion cakes. I called all around town and even Bellingham, there seems to be a lack of repair folks. Back logs for service everywhere! By pure luck, I found Mike after another search. I texted him and he responded immediately! I sent him a pic of the oven model number and by later afternoon the oven was fixed!
I’m so lucky to have found Mike, not only for this job but for future needs. And the price was FAIR.

I called Mike on a referral for a broken fridge. He came the same day. It needed a part. He came the following day with the past and fixed the fridge. To have a guy be that responsive, during a pandemic to fix a fridge so we didn’t use our food is priceless. Really can’t recommend his services enough. Just excellent

Mike was hired for one project and completed it so well that we hired him for another project. He was able to determine the problem and subsequently resolve it. On time, responsive and quality workmanship. Would recommend him to a friend.

Mike has been great, I found him on accident from Google maps he's been out 3 times and fixed everything. He even came out once to tell me not to waste my money, buy a new one. He will work with your schedule. Courteous and professional.
