Go elsewhere. The window sills still had bugs on them after the guys left and any windows with screens were just sprayed and left looking even worse than before. I could have removed the one screen I had up but they didn't even bother to ask even though I home during the service and blamed it on fact that I booked the service online. If you're going to provide subpar service to people who book online you shouldn't have that as an option.

The service from Ned Stevens was exceptional. The team that came to do the soft wash of my house were polite, professional and efficient. I was kept informed of all that was being done and all of my questions were answered. The house looked absolutely great after the cleaning and I was saved the job of climbing ladders and getting on the roof of the house to clean the siding myself. I will definitely recommend Ned's
service to others and will use them again when the house needs to be cleaned again.

Quoted me a good price for full gutter replacement so I gave them the go-ahead. They came out two days later and the job was done! Excellent work, fair price, and great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Don’t make the mistake I did of using this company. They send you a notification 30 seconds before they arrive despite me asking for more of a heads up. And it is a pain in the butt to cancel these guys.

Def avoid and find a local company not this national stuff

Thought they did an excellent job!! Only issue I had was when I set up the job the person on the phone took my debit card information and said they would apply it the bill. Waited 5 days for it to hit my bank and nothing so I went ahead and paid it. No big deal at all though. It’s good to know that when the weather gets bad I’ll have clean gutters to rely on!!

I would not recommend the company for this service. They came out initially, said they could not complete the cleaning because they needed access to water, which was in my basement; I needed to be home. They could only give me a window of 7:00- 4:00 so I took a day off from work, and they no showed and no call. I called them the next day, they scheduled someone to come on a Saturday, again 7:00- 3:00 this time, but then that week someone came while I wasn't home, disconnected the downspout but left a note that the service was completed, which it wasn't. I called, they apologized, someone came that Saturday and they didn't know that they needed to flush out that one downspout; they were going to reclean all the gutters. I clarified the need, they were very polite and addressed the issue and left. And I was billed twice for the full service when they just came back to finish the initial job. Very unhappy and will not use them again.

Crew arrived within minute of advanced notice and completed cleaning in about 1/2 hour. We were not at home, but the activity was captured on an exterior camera. The area was cleaned of debris from the gutters and a status was left on the front door, indicating the cleaning was completed without any issues. An invoice was received the next day with the approximate date for the next cleaning. Gutters were not overflowing, during the next heavy rain ... good job, quick, no hassle.

I tried using the service last month to repair my gutters, however the person over phone suggested to do cleaning along with repairs. They don't have options to come and address repair or provide quote. I listen to them even though cleaning was not required. When the crew arrived they did the cleaning which was not required, when asked about repairs which requires few hangers and sealing , the crew was not even aware of repair job and gave reasons they don't have anything to repair. The person randomly suggested you need replace whole gutters.
They lack basic concept of inspection and then recommending action plan , the primary goal is to sell their cleaning service. After calling back the helpline had to explain them what the crew did and they removed the repair charges, but I still had to pay for cleaning which I was not looking for at all.
I had to call couple of other companies to address my issue, and they said gutters are good no need to replace and can fix them.

Got a call from the Customer service team and shown courtesy to refund the charges. Appreciate the prompt action after seeing this review and would look forward to giving another chance.

I had these guys do my gutters a couple of years ago. They did a terrible job, and their only goal was to try to upsell me on fixing other things that had nothing to do with the cleaning. Since then, they’ve been harassing me nonstop—calling my phone, sending emails, and mailing letters with offers. If you block their number, they call you from an unknown number. One time, I picked up and told them clearly to stop calling me, yet I’m still being harassed with these scam calls.

I have tried after the last two visits to get them to contact me back. They do not contact you before they come out to do work. My gutters were over flowing because (picture 1) they missed some of them the last visit. I went out 3 days before they came out and I cleaned most of the gutters myself (I hate heights). The blew leaves off my back patio (great) into my pool cover (not great) (picture 2). Now I need to sweep off my cover before they freeze. Why pay for a service that makes more work for me?

They were suppose to come do our gutters but then they emailed us and said we said not to do it today and come back next week. That is a flat out lie. We have surveillance system around our house and they never showed up. Once the were told this, they said they’d come out next day. A week later and still no show. We called and they said we’re now on a list and it will be at least another week. Awful company. Can’t even believe that they would outright lie and then not even do the job. We cancelled them for all the services they did for us.

The pricing was ridiculous compared to competitors, and the sales tactics were extremely pushy. I clearly said I wasn’t interested, but they kept trying to sell additional services. It felt more like a sales operation than a customer-focused company. Very frustrating experience.

I don’t like their scheduling philosophy. If I book a service I expect someone to come out in a timely manner. Had a late fall booking for gutter cleaning and they still haven’t been out to clean my gutters. Now I have 2 feet of snow that I need removed before the gutters are cleaned. It sounds like they overbooked people this season. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Don’t use these guys. I hired Ned’s team to clear a clogged downspout and buried pipe. I was home while they completed the work, and the technician told me the job was successful.

A few days later, I discovered that the technician had shattered the PVC downspout/pipe. The damage wasn’t mentioned or disclosed at the time — I only found it afterward.

Yikes.

I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone. The first time they showed up they left without doing the job because they claimed they couldn’t do the gutters because of the gutter guards, the second time they showed up they couldn’t do the job because they’re ladders weren’t big enough. I called upset and they said they’d send their most experienced crew out. The third time they showed up they removed the gutter guards and claimed to have done the cleaning. They left screws all over my lawn and drive way. My tenant got a screw in his tire, they left gutter guards in my bushes, in my hammock, leaned on the side of the house, and even in my gutters sticking out!! I called back livid and they said they said they would send a team out to make it right and clean up. The crew came out removed the gutters guards, didn’t even do a sweep for the screws, left half of the guards next to my garage, and left gaurds sticking out of my gutter. I’m done.
