Professional work. They did a double check to make sure vinyl siding was thoroughly clean. They also removed/cleaned off a ton of moss off my roof which was desperately needed. Highly recommend.

To start, our estimate was clear and comprehensive covering all options we discussed including washing our house, roof, shed, deck, walkway, and patio as well as cleaning the gutters. We liked being able to pick and choose which services to include, and the estimate updated as we added/subtracted services before finalizing our plan.

The team arrived promptly at the appointment time and got to work. They moved small items as needed so the cleaning was thorough.

Finished product was a night and day difference from where we started, couldn't be happier with the results.

Would highly recommend Spencer and his team to anyone needing power/soft washing services or gutter cleaning. I wish I took before pictures to show how great the work was!

Spencer and his team provided excellent service and results on our older home and barn. This was quite the challenge, to include the house, wood and asphalt roof , large barn and roof, gutters, decks, awnings, and walkways all in need of a desperate cleaning. Spencer explained to me the techniques and products throughly. There was clear communication and I liked the way the quote was broken down for each option available. Very happy customer! I would highly recommend.

I have used many services since owing our 1970ish house. This was the most professional, service oriented, accurate, and well done job of a service ever. From Spencer on the phone, the estimator who visited and the guys that did the washing, there were no surprises, except for the wonderful job they did! Thank you.

Stay Clean did a fantastic job staining our mahogany deck. We never used the right product on it & they knew exactly what needed to be done. It will last about 5 yrs!

A&D is in my house cleaning right now, but I couldn't wait to leave an awesome review because they are doing an AMAZING job! I recently broke my foot and haven't been able to keep up with the housecleaning. I called on a Friday and they were available to come the following Monday morning. We have been working with these ladies for close to 20 years. Their work has always been outstanding. They are a pleasure to have working around the house. I can't recommend them highly enough (can I squeeze a 6th star out of this review).

I highly recommend Mary’s Supreme Cleaning. They are excellent. They have been cleaning for us for over 25 years, in three different homes. We have different cleaning priorities in each home, and they are always willing to discuss all our needs. They are a family business and lovely people. Very professional, efficient, thorough, considerate and a great value.

They schedule in advance thru their website, and keep a credit card on file. That part works. When it comes, to a separate issue with the gutters, they will not work on the issue, during the regular maintenance, and prefer a separate appointment for that. A bit inflexible on that side.

Gutter cleaning. Am on their schedule for 2 times a year for gutter cleaning. Wish that they would give you a notice a few days or even a day prior to them coming. The one hour text notice is not really enough “notice”!

This was my second service with Ned’s! Great experience, everyone from the scheduling person to the guys coming to the house was super professional and friendly. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

We get a lot of flash floods and heavy downpours in Providence, and these guys have been super helpful at not only cleaning my gutters but making sure they are properly installed and maintained. Its funny to look at the waterfalls coming off my neighbors houses while my gutters are draining properly :)

100% Sales, Called and asked to see if they can be re-pitched/ adjusted. Not sure whats going on. Zero problem solving. Zero questions asked. First thing the rep said was. "ok, We would need to replace them" No explanation nothing.

Sounds like they are out to make money! Zero care in the world on whats going on, jumps to the highest dollar value service.

Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning pressure washed the vinyl siding on my house. They did an excellent job! The house looks great.

The operatives werevvery well presented and polite. The work that was done was average and will not be able to be assessed accurately until it rains. I believe that there will be an improvement however the gutter still sags in the centre which was the original issue. I was also expecting a check of the rest of trhe system not just a walkaround observation from the ground,. This could have secured some additional work as I know there are a couple of additional leaks that were not mentioned..

Very quick and easy. Well worth the price- I have the yearly set up, where they come multiple times throughout the year. So worth it- not having to call and set up ongoing appointments. Definitely recommend Ned Stevens!

Gutter cleaning was great I didn't see a dented gutter that needed replacement so I cancelled that but I haven't heard anything about the dryer vent cleaning your company is supposed to do no calls and no emails

Employees pretend to clean. I paid for two visits up front(promotion they were running) First visit was done very quickly left some mess I was not impressed. Now here’s where it gets good, today was the second cleaning they never showed up. I purposely waited home so I could watch the job be completed this time. I got a text saying they came and completed the job which was a lie. When I called they lied and said they did my neighbors house by accident. I had lunch outside, waiting for them so I could inspect their work but they were never on my street and definitely did not do my neighbors house. And when I told them that, I got another lie. Not saying the company is a scam but the employees that work for them might try passing a fast one are you too be careful and make sure you are home when they “come by”

I have been using Ned Stevens for 2 years now. I am on an automatic schedule for my gutters and dryer vent. I get a text shortly before they show up, which gives me time to get my dogs in the house. They show up, do the job, and are gone. Gutters are so necessary yet so annoying. I live in the woods and even though years ago we bought the type of gutters that aren’t supposed to clog, they still do. For years, my husband chased down every fly-by-night clown he could find to clean the gutters. I am so happy now to have a dependable gutter service that does the remembering and work for me. Highly recommend.
