So the actual gutter cleaning service it's self was good, did it, cleaned up afterwards ect...but getting there wasn't. They gave me the best price out of 3 places over the phone before looking at my home, a mistake I have learned from and won't do again. After a couple of visits where the workman couldn't do it. Had to talk to the manager. By the I can't remember 2nd or third conversation we finally got a true price, $100 more than quoted. Also they were going to charge me $75 to remove the filters I had already told them way back at the very first phone call that I had so they didn't charge me for that. Also I got another 5%off. All of this after I had prepaid for the whole year, 4 visits on the very 1st phone call.

The scheduling process was painful - was promised to preform the gutter cleaning within 7 days depending on the weather after 11 mostly clear days they finally called they were on the way. The crew that did the work did a great job once they arrived onsite

Ned Stevens replaced a length of gutter on the front of my house. The job looks outstanding and was very quickly done. In advance, the company offered excellent counsel on what to install.

All of Ned Stevens work has exceeded my expectations.

Would give zero stars. Never showed up. Booked a gutter cleaning on November 30, 2023 and was upsold on a dryer vent cleaning which i thought was great. Was told they'd get it done in 1 to 2 weeks and i called after 3 weeks as noone had showed. Came to find out they blamed it on not being able to do both at one time which caused delay so they rescheduled to Jan 3. guess what, noone showed. got text they were on the way quickly followed by "there's a problem" and they could not make it. they blamed it on not being able to find the address and never followed back up with me. I would not recommend them in the Niantic CT area.

I've been using Levi Gutter for a few years. Apparently, Ned Stevens acquired them. I rec'd a text from Ned telling me they were on the way to my house to do the gutters. I then rec'd a second text telling me that "an issue arose preventing us from completing your job." I called them and was told that while Levi's price was $125, Ned's price would be $225! I told them this was too high and that I'd find someone else. They then tried to "negotiated" with me over the phone. I"m going to negotiated with a gutter company! Lame, very lame. See ya later, Ned.

So here is my issue. Service has been fine as well as the price. However, if you make the MISTAKE of using this company, they will hound you virtually every other day with calls. They never seem to stop. Is it not enough that I call you when I want the service? Why do you insist on calling me wanting to schedule me 4-6 months down the road? Leave me alone. You don't listen or make notes in your system because I have tried to be polite. It doesn't work so I will slam you here because maybe someone from your management team will realize its not ok to do this.

We hired this company for a gutter cleaning when we first bought our home and didn't know any better. They said they would take all of the rubbish from the gutters but they left the nasty bags, in the rain, on the property. We'd just had our roof and gutters replaced, and they said our gutters were "old and needed work" which is not at all true. They also tried charging me hundreds of dollars to remove some algae from the side of the house....when I was able to do the same job for free with a pressure washer. I THEN asked them to stop calling, blocked the number, unsubscribed from email, marked their subsequent emails as spam, and they are STILL contacting me. This company wants nothing more than to harass you until they get the opportunity to rob you blind. They take advantage and will never leave you alone.

I've been using this company for about 2 years. I never have clogged gutters anymore and I am so pleased. No hassle at all. We signed up for a great service plan and they come do their job and leave absolutely no mess. I don't have to hunt anyone down to come do the work. Just the kind of company my busy life needs. Thank you Ned Stevens.

Two workers show up. I never authorized the job. I sent them away. Called the company and complained etc. Next day same thing.
To add insult to injury they emailed me an invoice for $250!!

Needed our gutters cleansed and we had an issue. Sam, one of the owners called me to ask about the problem. He apologized and rectified the situation. Everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you respond to them that tells me what kind of company I’m dealing with. He restored my confidence in a great company. I would recommend them in a minute.

When I called to get the estimate the secretary I believe her name was Christine? so nice And very informative! The price I was given Was very fair Compared to the other estimate I had gotten. The installers could not have been nicer or more helpful They were in and out like it never happened.😊 I would and will highly recommended Ned Stevens company.

Ned Stevens has always done a great job cleaning my gutters! They’re quick and efficient and they do a great job cleaning up after they’re finished. I signed up to have them come automatically every year so I don’t have to think about calling them. Very happy!

They came on time, were polite, professional and they smiled and laughed while they were working. Fast and efficient too! Cleaned the gutters and installed a new gutter system on our garage. We were very happy with their work.

I scheduled new gutter service after sending pictures and discussing our needs over the phone. We waited over a month for the installation team to arrive and they told us they can't do the job and left almost immediately. I have reached out on multiple occasions to see what happened with no response.

The man had to come back at no extra charge, which I did see in the second invoice, which is correct. I haven’t been in my home for three months because I am in a rehabilitation facility being rehabbed. I didn’t have a chance to look at the house, but I trust everything is totally flushed out where the beehive was and all of my gutters I cleaned out because I did put my water on for the men to flush out and clean out all of my gutters front and back which they said they couldn’t do the first visit because my water was not turned on, if there is anything further, you need to tell me or any photos taken you would like to send me feel free to do so. I will be contacting you at the beginning of November to confirm or change the date of my next scheduled gutter cleaning.

The team from Ned Stevens always show up when scheduled, always professional, always helpful, polite, efficiently quick and above all do a great job. We have been using them for regular gutter cleaning for the past 5 years and they never disappoint.

Ned Stevens recently came out to do a soft/power wash of my home & gutter cleaning. My experience with their team was excellent! The crew that they sent to do the job was extremely professional, polite and answered all my questions! They took their time and did not rush through. The house now looks fantastic, and the siding is sparkling clean! I am very happy with this experience and will continue to use this company in the future!

I’m glad to have had my gutters done, but there was debris left on my deck chairs (fabric) and on my car which was parked in front of the garage. The process was very easy and the voice on the other end of the call was pleasant enough.

We just have that big rainstorm and I got five inches of rain in coventry and the gutters worked great. Nice and clean.

Very impressed with the quality of the work. Responded quickly to my call. The annual maintenance plan is a great value, The crew did an excellent job (even got the shingle grit out of the gutters), cleaned up and were finished in no time. Highly recommended
