Very happy with stay clean. The entire process was smooth - prompt quote, arrived on time for washing, they were efficient (I didn’t even really know they were out there), and the house, gutters, deck and bulkhead looked PHENOMENAL when they were done. I would highly recommend !

Spencer was easy to communicate with and schedule the appointment, he provided a detailed estimate and reasonable price. We have an older house with wood shingles, but reassured with the soft wash they use we would not have any issues. The house and roof are now clean and free from any buildup - incident free! He followed up with a phone call to confirm the job was complete and any areas to highlight. Would use them again and recommend to others!

I was getting my house ready to sell which included interior and exterior work. It was due to go on the market in a week. One of the suggestions from my realtor was to power wash the old cedar shingles on the house to get rid of some mildew and dirt that had accumulated over the years. Since the shingles were old and fragile I was afraid the high pressure would damage them. I called Stay Clean and talked with Spencer about my concerns and he took the time to explain the whole process which was a soft wash with a low pressure likened to your garden hose. He was able to schedule it within a couple days so that it was done before showing the house and only took a few hours. Spencer was so easy to work with, very professional and the cost was lower than I expected for such a big house. The quality of his work was excellent. The results were stunning..I could not believe the transformation. It was well worth It as it added value to the home and made it much more pleasing to the eye.
I highly recommend Spencer and Stay Clean to anyone who needs this service. You won't regret it. I couldn't be happier!!

Great service. Would highly recommend. Hired them to power wash my home and deck but they also did our white fence of about 25 feet. They didn’t point it out. They just did it and it looks like new. Just one of those companies that is really focused on customer service. A rare quality these days. The owner Spencer is easy to deal with and gets back to you quickly. The morning of my appointment Danny and Brett arrived and went right to work , setting up equipment and soft washing roof. They were very neat in cleaning up when they were finished. The only thing I found unexpected was the tip option on the invoice. I've never had a home service invoice contain a tip option before. Especially for a $ 600-700 job. I found this a bit weird.

Very pleased with the results of my roof soft washing. From my online request for an estimate to the date the job was completed, communication was instant. Technicians were very professional, courteous and efficient. Very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

My deck was very dirty and after being power washed by Stay Clean it now looks brand new. It would have taken me several hours to clean it and it wouldn't have come out even half as good. The cleaning team arrived early and were quick and courteous. Very professional. Thank you!

Cannot comment on treating moss and mildew on the roof but assume it was done properly and over the next few months the debris will wash away.
All of the work done on patios, stone walls, steps, and deck was well done and looks as clean as we hoped. They were very careful to protect all plants from cleaning products.
