The house and roof look great! pricing is very reasonable too. Only one small detail, I think the person who comes and does the job should do a quick "check in" with the home owner if they are there, just to see if they are satisfied and if there was anything else...this would add a personal touch. Zecco has been our go to for house power washing for the last few years. This year we opted to include inside and out window washing. They did a fantastic job and will include with our yearly power washing!

House looks like brand new. Hunter did an excellent job of power washing 10 years of mildew, dirt and grime off our house. He carefully pretreated all of the surrounding shrubbery to protect. That was especially important to me. Besides getting a sparkling clean home, you would never had known he was there! He was very careful around my flowers.

Highly recommend Zecco! We have used them for a few years to power wash our vinyl sided house. Looks brand new! They are meticulous, very professional and reasonably priced. This year we added a power wash to the deck, the Adirondack chairs, and they got all the moss off the stone wall. Looks amazing! Decided to have the windows washed next. Can’t wait to see them sparkle.

Our house looks wonderful! We had all the windows washed and the screens were included in the estimate. The deck and front stairs are looking so much better. Pristine! Quick response to receive estimate. They arrived on time, completed work in time allotment they said. House and fence look great! Roof is good but was hoping it would clean up more of material on it. Only slight issues was left backyard gate open (we have a dog but thankfully he didn’t get out) and would have liked them to spray away some debris from roof and gutters that ended up on our deck. Otherwise we are pleased with their work and would recommend.

Have had Zecco power washing my house twice now. I have gotten quotes from several local companies and Zecco, for what they offer and accomplish, is very reasonably priced. They clear our roof, gutter, deck, side walks and front steps along with the house. They are clean, professional and do an excellent job. The wash they used on our house siding has a mixture that kills algae so the job lasts on our house for multiple years. Its also safe for the environment. Highly recommend

I have used Zecco Power Washing twice. The most recent 10/1/24.
They did an incredible job. They came on time, nothing was ruined, I did not have to clean up after the service and my house looks beautiful. They also took care of things I did not see, for example, mold on my steps. They cleaned my furniture too!
2 years ago they cleaned my roof from lots of mold, it is still clean now.
I also have sensitivities to the chemicals they use. They were very considerate and careful so I did not have an issue. I highly recommend them. PS: My sister just had her house done and she feels the same way.

I called Zecco for a quote on power washing and had it within 24 hours. I requested a certificate of insurance and had that within 24 hours. I gave them the go ahead and they completed the job within 1 week. They did an outstanding job. 0 complaints. See you next time around!

I recently hired Zecco for power washing, window washing and gutter cleaning and would highly recommend their services. The team was extremely efficient, thorough and careful. Any time they entered my home they removed their shoes, and without me asking, unlike others I have hired in the past. I would definitley hire Zecco again with no hesitation!!

My deck was so dirty and had so many stains it was gross. The technician did an absolutely stunning job in cleaning it. So professional in explaining what he did. The price was very very reasonable considering how bad the deck was. I will always highly recommend Zecco!!

My house, patios (front and back) and outside basement staircase look amazing! I didn’t realize how dirty everything was until the power washing job was complete - huge difference!
