We had Gray's Carpet install wall to wall in our living room and hallway today. We are so pleased with our decision to go with our local merchant rather than a "big box" carpet chain or home improvement center.
The process was easy efficient and effective. They arrived exactly when promised, stripped out our old carpet/pad and installed all new of the same. And the whole job was commpleted in 5 hours. Very happy and the installer (Bruce) was a top notch professional.

Brought in a rug that needed a good cleaning and when I picked up my rug a week later, it was looking much better. They suggested removing the 30 year old fringe on the rug and then bound the edges, making the rug look a lot less worn. I will be back and would recommend their cleaning service to anyone who asked.

Beware this company subs out their jobs. I hired them as I saw the good reviews online. With no warning a totally different company showed up with an industrial cleaner that they brought in the house and not the steam cleaning that comes through a truck. Then the price was double what I was quoted on the phone. I got the price down slightly and since we had already prepped the house I allowed him to do the cleaning (my mistake)! Some of the rooms in the house came out okay but I was unhappy with one room and the couch. I have been trying to speak with the manager since last week and repeatedly am told he will call me back. They have now blocked my cell phone! I feel scammed by this company so buyer beware..

Discount platforms like Groupon allow customers to sample basic services at a reduced price. These details were clearly stated, not hidden in fine print. I'd like to add that I was not incentivized in any way to pen this genuine review. Everett was courteous and knowledgeable, answering all my inquiries. He took 20 minutes out of his day the first time I called to inquire about their services. He took the time to explain what I needed without trying to sell me additional services and detailed why he suggested the services he did. He did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and couch. Given his honesty and the noticeable results, we're scheduling our tile floors to be cleaned and sealed by him, confident it will be done correctly. If you need carpet or upholstery cleaning, your search ends here :) I regret not snapping a before picture of my stairs because the foot traffic stains were visible. Not anymore! My couch looks as good as new :) My spouse and I are extremely satisfied!
