I have been using the Cleaning Authority for 5 years and highly recommend their service. John is very flexible and communicative and the team always does an incredible job. They are timely, reliable and trustworthy. Becca and Rachel do an amazing job for us!!

Jamii and Gloria are the best! They’ve been cleaning my house for over two years. They are professional, thorough, and always add little touches that make it feel special. They’re also awesome with our pets. I can’t recommend them enough!

We have used TCA for monthly cleanings for 4 months now. Becca and Rachel are great. They are extremely professional, very efficient, and always keep me apprised of their time of arrival if they are running a little late. I'm happy with their attention to detail as they clean the areas that I usually neglect. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We've had the Cleaning Authority at our home now since 2021. They have been a very worthwhile group. They have a well developed plan customized to our needs and wishes. The team of Katie and Delia do an outstanding job. They are always on time and work in an efficient manner and with no wasted time. She cleaned my house very well, the service was excellent.

I have struggled to find a consistent and reliable cleaning team for years but after 3 visits from Becca & Rachel, I feel like I'm in great hands. They are respectful, hard-working, efficient, and thorough. The app is so useful and the company is very responsive and organized. I'm very happy to have found them!

Edited to add that it has been almost a year now and I'm still very happy with Cleaning Authority. John runs the business well and is very responsive to questions, concerns, and schedule changes.

We've also had the pleasure of working with Jamii and Gloria as our cleaners as well and they have also been excellent and so nice!

Once again Terra and Cheryl worked very well together and did an outstanding job.

Rachel and Becca did an amazing job. They even managed to work around my Lasa Apso who thought they were here just play with him.

I'm a relatively new customer to The Cleaning Authority and can't understand why I've waited so long. My usual cleaners-Cheryl and Raquel-are great. They're always on time, friendly and do such a wonderful job.

These teams are always amazing! Raquel and Nicole are lovely. Dependable, timely and consistent. I so look forward to coming home after they’ve been there. Easy to work with and their app makes scheduling and tipping really convenient.

Very impressed with the owner and the way he conducts business. He met with us and explained their cleaning processes and came out to inspect the initial cleaning. I was very pleased they were able to begin so close to the Christmas holiday. Cleaners did a great job. I've continued to use their cleaning services on a monthly basis since the holidays. Great experience with Raquel and Nicole over the past 9 months. We get bi-weekly cleans and I love coming back from work to a spotless home! Raquel and Nicole are also very friendly and kind, which is just the icing on top.
