"I am beyond appreciative of the help Kevin has provided to me in keeping my home clean and cozy. When I returned tonight all my stress washed away. How does Kevin do it?! Everything a customer of Merry Maids communicates is important to them is matched over and over again. It was a snowy and sloppy day though a bit warmer still freezing. I am so aware of the amount of energy and muscle it must take to not only leave my home sparkling and so well cared for in a personal fashion, but to carry all the necessary equipment into my complex and apartment. For the money I paid the service was okay. It was a lot of money for not the total cleaning I expected. When you first walk in the house you're wowed, but when you start looking at things, you realize that "behind" things weren't done (behind toilet), they didn't move some things to clean behind, some probably just overlooked (bookcases not cleaned and woodwork missed) and things not put back where they were. They probably did a better job at cleaning than I would have, but for the $600 I paid it was waaaaay too much money for what I received. I'll look elsewhere next time.

I have used Merry Maids for a long time and I am always satisfied with the quality and pricing of their work. Their cleaners are excellent and always a pleasure to work with.

Very disappointed with this service! charged for work that they didn't do! I would not recommend using them, they were supposed to do a deep clean on a clean house, they didn't clean the showers or the windows and the floors were streaked and they didn't clean under my cushions, and then added charges automatically, the cleanlyness of my home seemed irrelevant, they charged me extra anyway, even though I cleaned before they came. I had to clean up after them for my event! If I could give them zero stars I would. What a waste of time and money!

I rented a cottage that had been cleaned by Merry Maids of Brookline &South Shore prior to my arrival. The place was spotless! In this time of COVID-19 it made me happy to know that such diligence was done to clean in between tenants. I would definitely recommend this service.

Sandra, Judith and. Maria were great. Friendly, fast and thorough! They turned my house into a haven!

This was set up by me for a relative but from what I know they seem to have done a very good job. The people to whom I spoke were respectful and courteous and the whole process was very easy and reasonable. They're a little pricey but the cleaners are bonded and insured and that's not the case with a lot of cleaning companies.
