I have been using Merry Maids for 6+ months at the time of this review. During that time my wife and I have been thoroughly impressed by the service we have received from Merry Maids. We have received timely and responsive service, excellent cleaning, and a pleasant experience. Teresa and team have gone above and beyond with our cleaning. We have been using the bi-weekly cleaning service and we are happy customers.
It was easy to set up the service. payments are automatic. Cleanings are always on time.

Merry Maids is consistently on time and extremely professional. We had an issue with timeliness and consistency with our last cleaning service and Merry Maids has more than exceeded our expectations. Their staff is always friendly and provides excellent service. The cleaning is very thorough and I always look forward to coming home to a clean apartment.

We loved having Teresa, Willy, and Sandra. They were kind, professional, and meticulous about today's cleaning. EXCELLENT!!

I love the fact that I never have to worry about them showing up--they even send me a reminder. I'm at work when they come to clean, and when I come home everything looks great. No more cat hair! It's very easy to communicate with them if I have to change the date, ask for something special, etc. They are always very responsive. And they do a great job.

I would highly recommend Merry Maids. They cleaned our school from top to bottom and did an excellent job. The team that was sent was extremely professional and pleasant. Great service and pricing! I moved into a new place that was left very dirty by the previous tenant and when I called Merry Maids they were there the very same day and made my new home sparkle. The landlord thought the walls had been painted, they were so clean! Thanks so much for your superior service and reasonable pricing.

I have always had a great experience with merry maids! The employees are always so nice and do a phenomenal job cleaning. We have a husky that sheds his coat and they are a huge help in making sure our house is clean and hair free. The prices are great compared to the other quotes I received when I first started looking. I highly recommend them!

2026 update: Had to update this review as we are no longer happy with the service merry maids provided. Our requested cleaning teams were not sent to us, and the resulting service was sub-par, many rooms we couldn’t tell if they had even cleaned. This was after providing feedback on many occasions.

Our cleaning crew of Jean, Almendra and Judith are wonderful. They are thorough, thoughtful, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Jean and crew always do an excellent job. I’ve been pleased with the service and the cost. It’s really nice to have one less thing to worry about during the week and to get more time to do the things I want to do instead of tidying up.

Jean is very fastidious and thorough. She has been working with us for a while and we are extremely happy with her work. They arrive on time, and work with me on our particular needs for each visit.

The team was excellent. They arrived on time, listened to my specific requests, and my expectations on how I wanted the house to shine when they were done, as we were putting it on the market. They were friendly and thorough, and they did make it sparkle. A job well done!!

I love the flexibility Merry Maids has with the cleans. One week I can have the team do just bathrooms and floors and then the next do the whole house. They are so good with Communication when they will be at my house and for how long. It works so good with the kids nap schedule and the daily schedule. I totally recommend them.

Katlyn and Lindsey arrived right on time, exchanged a few pleasantries, and then went straight to work, with Katlyn tackling the bathrooms and Lindsey taking charge of the kitchen. An hour later, the place looked like it was ready to be the feature story in this month's edition of "Architectural Digest". All kidding aside, Katlyn and Lindsey did a truly outstanding job, as the kitchen and bathrooms were left spotless thanks to their skill, efficiency, and close attention to detail. Another great moment for the Merry Maids in the record books!

We switched to The Cleaning Authority after having a bad experience with another cleaner. They have been nothing but professional and done an excellent job cleaning our home. Becca and Rachel come bi-monthly and leave the home spotless once they are done. We are so glad we made the switch.

The Cleaning Authority does a Great job. Folks Are very friendly and always attend to any specific request on my part. They take great care in being sure that my older kitty is not freaked by the vacuum! This is a Great service
