The Cleaning Authority team has cleaned our house for over a year now. Carlene has been with us from the beginning and I would not want to miss her! Alexis is a wonderful new addition to the team. I really appreciate their service!

We use The Cleaning Authority on biweekly bases. Becca and Rachel do a wonderful job cleaning it. They are fast and thorough. They help me do what I can’t do myself, because life is busy. I would highly recommend their services. Knowing that our house gets cleaned by them gives me a peace of mind.

Gloria, Jamie & Shanteal do an amazing job! They are quick and my house looks and smells beautiful when they are done! Bonus - they are super sweet to my fur baby! John is very responsive and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling.

Alyssa, Terra, and Kayla did a phenomenal job cleaning our house. We have been using them for quite awhile and we are delighted with their work and feel safe to have them in our house. They also bring treats for the dogs :).

I continue to be super impressed with this company and the ladies (RAQUEL AND CHERYL!) who do such an exceptional job with my home. The level of detail is amazing and I have very high standards. They're always so adorable with my son too - he loves when they come over and make his room "all clean!"

I've used The Cleaning Authority - Norwell for about 4 cleans now and couldn't recommend them more! They do a great job with focusing on the things that are important to me. I also really like how detailed their notes are with exactly what was done, it makes me feel confident that everything on the list got done. Shelly Allie and Jessica have been great too! Very nice when they arrive, quick and quiet, and everything looks great ! John the owner is also great to deal with, I feel like I couldn't have picked a better cleaning company!

I have used the Cleaning Authority for a year and half and love Rachel and Katie. They take such care of our home and I have been very happy with their services. They add their own touches which my sister and I both love and get to all the corners were others just were not as detailed. I recommend them highly. John has also been great accommodating us when our doggie is home and even when I have been home recovering from an illness. Thank you for being a blessing to us.

Once again, Becca and Rachael continue to be great , as does Gloria. They work fast, are pleasant, they are kind to our kids and considerate of our animals, and go the extra mile to cleanup stuff our kids should have. They are reliable, timely, and efficient. We are very thankful for all they do and have done over the years.

They moved the furniture. I have been able to put it back but more work for me. Also my little side table fell apart (2 screws fell out). Can’t find them but I will try to fix it. But we really are clean.

John has been so easy to work with and really cares that his customers are happy. He trains his teams well and we have been really happy with all of our cleaning teams. We're so happy to have found the Cleaning Authority. The initial visit is very professional and set everything up to be a quality, regular service for us. We're very flexible but I love that we get updates on when they will arrive. Bree and Haley have been thorough, thoughtful, wonderful and consistent. Our house looks and feels great after they visit. We have really enjoyed working with The Cleaning Authority over the years. Team 5, Cheryl and Terra, do a great job each time they come to clean. We are on a bi-weekly schedule. We are always prepped for what will be cleaned that day via the app and at the end of each clean, we get a little progress report. On it, there is a quick outline of what was cleaned and what is on the docket for next clean. John is also easy to work with, should we need to reschedule or communicate specifics (ie, skip a space this week, a new key code, etc). We certainly recommend the Cleaning Authority!

Courtney, Delia and Katie have always provided excellent cleaning services to our home! With another recent addition to the household it is so refreshing to have one less worry on our minds. They are professional, friendly, courteous and efficient and we are very pleased with their cleaning standards.

Becca and Rachel are consummate professionals. I find them to be flexible when additional things come up. To have the same folks do the work for 4+ years is comforting and reliable.
