When owning properties, updating spaces here and there it’s so important.
I have been meaning to update the countertop forever this unit for yearsss!!!!

First meeting with High Pace Construction Monday 3/10/25 afternoon…
The very next day 3/11/25 the crew was there for measurements and demolition!! 😱
Today 3/12/25 by 5:00pm installed, plumbing back and running…!!! Seriously???
Updating with tenants is always challenging.
But not felt on this project!
Chris was present, responsive, efficient and with great attention to detail.
For this company is not only the aesthetic, the attention to details, and improving what is already existing… client happiness is what they thrive for!!!
I am looking forward to do many projects with Chris Tenalia and High Pace Construction.

High pace construction completed a major adu remodel on my vacation home . The quality of work and efficiency was beyond my expectations. Throughout the entire project Chris had made me well aware of the construction schedule and updated me daily with progress pictures and a phone call at the end of each day . I have worked with many contractors and I can gladly say this experience with high pace was by far the best customer service and craftsman ship I have ever seen . I highly recommend calling Chris for all your construction projects . We already have his company scheduled to complete a 120x40 second story deck on our primary home . Being a company owner myself I was very impressed with the whole process. From Chris coming out to give a quote and when the keys were put in my hand . He made the renovation process as stress free as possibly . Highly recommend these guys .

Great experience! Being in the service trades myself and knowing how much customer service matters is why I would recommend Chris and High Pace Construction for your next remodel project. I was given thorough explanations of what was expected to happen through every step; workmanship was next level. Even if something wasn’t exactly as how we envisioned it, time and patience was key to get us exactly what we had dreamt for. Rebuilding a home is a very specific and personal experience and Chris definitely made it that much more enjoyable!

My husband and I live in a condo in Boston and our condo unit is in the basement/ garden level of our building. We had water damage to our bedrooms and hallway floors and Chris came to our rescue! He did an awesome job replacing the heating floors and putting new tile. He also got us a nice discount on the cost of tile supplies, which was really helpful! His team was also fast! Other contractors quoted us 4-6months to replace the flooring; and it took Chris and his team about 2 months instead. We were very thankful to move back home sooner than expected. Chris was willing to work with our budget and tried to save us money whenever he could. He also connected us with other professionals as needed. He is genuinely a nice guy, who actually cares. Thank you, Chris, for doing a great job on our home, and for saving us money.

We have worked with many construction companies over the years for various projects on our house, and these guys are the best. I wish we had found them years ago! They recently remodeled our master bathroom, and the results exceeded all my expectations. The entire crew was fantastic, friendly, hardworking, and always punctual. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality work and a great experience.

Hired High pace construction to remodel my bathroom wow they did an amazing job. Chris was very knowledgeable helped me by recommending cost saving advice asked if I was a veteran and offered me a military discount, took the time to explain the process. They finished ahead of schedule and within the cost they quoted. I can’t thank them enough my bathroom looks amazing thank you.

I recently had Chris and his team install a detached egress deck on my house. They were a phenomenal company to partner with as the crews were professional, organized, and cleaned up after themselves. I received multiple Quotes and High Pace was very competitive. I’ve recommended them to a few friends who have also been impressed! I would definitely use them again.

Chris and his crew at High Pace Construction did a FANTASTIC job on my bath renovation. Scope included demolition, tiling the floors and the walls, new toilet and bath vanity, vanity mirror and vanity lighting, and updating all the associated electrical work. High Pace took a 45-year-old dilapidated bath and made it into a high-end luxury hotel spa bath, and I absolutely love it!!

And High Pace lived up to their name, with work starting on Saturday at 7:30 AM and finishing 36 hours later by Sunday 7 PM, working 12-hour days to get this done and give me my dream bath in one weekend. I'm including one before-pic, and several after-pics -- the work was phenomenal, and Chris and his crew really went out of their way to make this project such a success, overcoming several obstacles while keeping on schedule. I'm now planning my kitchen renovation and will definitely be calling High Pace Construction for that project as well.

Chris leads a fantastic team of helpful, personable, and highly trained artisans who genuinely care about what they create. He was extremely hands-on throughout the project, with regular site visits and, at times, literally doing the work himself.

Attentive to details, professional craftsmanship and very trustworthy.

We had several items that needed attention at our home… We spoke with Laudes about what we would like to get done … siding … gutters … change out back slider and front door … Deck repair and front stairs.
We spoke with other contractors who were not very receptive to get on board with our project, our home is located on the North Shore and is over 100 yrs old. They handled any “surprises” that came up with ease.
Laudes didn’t hesitate about our project and drew up a plan and had it back to us very quickly. He and his crew showed up a day before the scheduled work and dropped of a dumpster, the next day they came in started the prep work for all of the items to be done.
The crew showed up everyday to work and worked all day and sometime later to finish what that had scheduled for that day. .. They cleaned up all of the construction debris at the end of each day, They left the area so very clean. Supplies for the next day were always on hand, so no delays would happen … Laudes would also bring supplies on the weekend to prep for the next coming week.
With in a few weeks our home was transformed and looks wonderful.

Was looking for a kitchen bathroom remodeler near me, they responded soon after with times for a free estimate and gave a fair quote. The crew arrived on time daily and left everything clean. Mazzoni Construction was the subcontractor on a big renovation in our house this winter/spring (gut reno of kitchen, removing walls, installing beams, structural work in the basement, widening doorways, new windows, etc etc) and they were tremendous. The quality of the work is top notch, everyone is super nice, the work was fast, and communication was great. The work site was cleaned spic and span every day. Great coordination with the other subs and the project manager. I'd STRONGLY recommend them for any project you're looking to have done.

Mazzoni did an amazing job on our custom interior project and I am so happy to have found my new general contractor as a new resident in the area. From start to finish his entire team was professional, showed old-world craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s very rare these days, and gave a fair price for the work. Can’t say enough about how wonderful Laudes and his entire team were, including Gabriella from his back office staff who helped us with scheduling and was very responsive. Laudes also reached out to his plumbing contact for an emergency leaking water heater situation, helping me to get someone out to our house the very next day.
