We contacted Robert Way Construction to assist with an upstairs remodel, new windows and siding. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Someone was here every day; no lulls. Communication was excellent and they kept to their schedule. Not your typical contractor. Rob Way goes above and beyond.

I highly recommend RWC! During the course of our project one window incurred an accidental crack. RWC owned up to it and replaced it at no additional charge, despite the additional cost they incurred. This speaks highly of their ethics and focus on customer service. I would definitely use them again for any new project.

A frozen water pipe burst above my kitchen in Feb 2022 and my whole kitchen had to be demolished. After the demo was done, Robert Way Const. came in and rebuilt my whole kitchen from the ground up. They worked with my insurance company on my claim and got me a fair reimbursement. It was one stop shopping as they handled all the work which includes the drywall installation, insulation in the attic, the flooring, plumbing and electrical. They also installed all the new cabinets and backsplash. All my appliances were also re-installed and new carpet was installed. They did it all. Very happy with the work they did. Would definitely use their services again if needed.

Robert Way and his team were awesome! While under contract to sell our childhood home, a condition of the completion of the sale required some structural repairs to be completed in a certain time frame.
At the 11th hour, the original contractor who was to do the work dropped the ball and just ghosted us. We lost 3 weeks in the process due to this other contractor. Given that the contractor industry across the board is slammed with work and takes months to get on any contractor's schedule and that we only had a few short weeks to get this done, we were devastated and so worried. After contacting countless contractors who could not help us out ... finally .... Robert Way Construction to the rescue! We had heard through our Real-estate agent that local folks in the area highly recommended Robert. We called. Robert was really busy with multiple projects, but he and his staff was compassionate to our situation and rearranged his schedule to fit us in. Wow! And everyone we had contact with at his company was professional, polite, kind and patient with us and excellent communicators. Robert even found another structural issue while he was working on our project and fixed that issue at NO additional cost. And in the end, he took $400 off the final progress payment because a $400 expense that he thought he would incur did not happen. I would have never known that he did not incur that expense and he could have charged us for it anyway, but he did not; he was honest about it and removed it from our final payment. Wow!
When the work was being performed, his team was careful not to cause damage to our wood and tiled floors, countertops, adjoining walls, etc.. While his team worked, everything around them was covered with drop clothes, etc. to protect all surfaces. And the finished product of their work was beautiful! The repair work they did was necessarily invasive to pre-existing finished dry wall and ceilings, and some tile flooring, etc. When they were done, everything looked so good cosmetically!.....like nothing every happened! It looked great!
The quality of their workmanship and repairs was nothing less than stellar and they all always had a positive attitude.
Robert also communicated his progress on the project at every milestone all along the way, provided pictures, answered texts in a timely fashion and patiently answered every question we had on the phone when we needed to speak to him directly.
He and his staff went above and beyond in recommending some other professionals that we needed because of smoke detector requirements, etc. that we had to salsify for the sale as well. And Rob's team, completed the project in the timing we asked for so we could make it to the closing table in the original timing we agreed to. I have only good things to say about Robert and his team. They were all kind and compassionate to our plight.....everyone was great to work with.
And even though this was a "rush job", he did not charge us any premium for rearranging his schedule to accommodate us.....and took the time necessary to do the job right. His rates and charges were more than fair. (I was going through other renovations in another state at the time as well and had others verify that his quote was all in the ball park of reason for the work we needed.)
This company is filled with people who have a high level of integrity and care about their customers and doing a great job. Big shout out to Elizabeth all all the other folks at his office. You are angels! Thank you to all of you at RWC for all your help. You restored my faith in humanity that there are kind, competent, professional, and honest people in the world who really care about their work and how they show up in the world. You are all Rock Stars in my book!

We have used Robert Way Construction for four projects over the past four years! Most recently, RWC took on partially refinishing our basement. We cannot say enough wonderful things about RWC. They are professional, responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, and timely. We will absolutely hire RWC for future projects.

While it was a few years ago that we used the company, I would call them in a heartbeat if I had need of their services. We went through some trying times with our calamities and throughout, they were patient, understanding and made some tough repairs go as easily as possible. All with whom we worked were great, particularly Tim Drummey. Rob himself was knowledgeable and personable. They were a great company with which to work!

The team at Rob Way did great work for us. They have done multiple projects at our house (one big, one small) and we were so happy not only with the quality of the work, but also the communication throughout the entire process. Ken answered all of our questions and walked us through what needed to be done, what the work process would entail, and various options we could pursue. Ken and Dan were on top of every aspect of the projects. Everything was done as promised, on time, and with care.

We hired the Robert Way Construction company to do some renovations in our home. The work started on time, finished early and stayed on budget. They took great care to understand what our needs were, match paint colors and moldings and do work in a 180 year old home that was appropriate. We would highly recommend the firm.

We hired Robert Way Construction to make it possible for us to live solely on the first floor
should we need it in the future. Our first floor bathroom was completely gutted, a tub was
replaced with a walk in shower with bench and dual stationary/hand held equipment. Our
adjoining linen closet was converted to a laundry room. The bedroom closet that was joining
the linen closet in the back was adapted with additional shelves to compensate for the lost
space needed for the laundry center and keeping enough room for a bedroom closet. In
addition our kitchen and upstairs bathroom were updated. Our kitchen cabinets were painted,
making the cabinets look new and the kitchen look as if it had been completely renovated. We
were referred to Robert Way by Debbie at Republics Plumbing Supply in Norwood, where we
purchased our equipment. Debbie was so helpful with suggestions and coordinated so well
with Robert Way Construction staff. All of the work done by people in Robert Way and their
subcontractors was outstanding, with particular attention to detail and the future needs of our
home. Old problems that were seen once the house was opened up were brought to our
attention with a complete explanation of the reasons they needed to be addressed. They
completed this work which avoided future problems for us. Jaimie, our Project Manager, was
hired after our project had begun, hit the ground running, and gave us such insightful guidance
all the way through. He is so knowledgeable about houses and has a vision of what small steps
you need to take to make a renovation work. Joey and Aiden did the majority of the
construction work and did a beautiful, professional job with everything, were so pleasant,
unobtrusive in our home, always cleaned up and were always willing to go the extra mile to get
the work done the way we wanted. Their knowledge and attention to detail were excellent.
We felt very comfortable leaving these people alone in our home if we needed to leave. The
plumbing, electrical and painting subcontractors, (Mark Cullen Plumbing, William McGrath
Electrical, and Blues Brothers Painters) also did excellent work. On the side of their trucks
there is a slogan that says the work is done the right way and we think that is true. We love all
the changes they made in our home. The people from Robert Way Construction have made it
possible for us to age in our home and increased the value of our home.

Robert Way built our garage and also rebuilt our two story front porch in the winter of 2019. We were very happy with their service. This past week a piece of siding blew off the house and they did not hesitate to come back and fix it within a day or two of my call. I was really pleased to see they stood by their work and they made the repair so quick!

We had an incredible experience with Robert Way Construction. They helped us with the renovation of our kitchen, bathroom and mudroom. This was a "to the studs" reno and the work done by RWC was impeccable. We were so impressed by their system of work and the quality of the work is beyond compare. Jaime Olszewski coordinatied our project and went above and beyond in every instance to make sure that the finished product was perfect. This experience truly helped decrease the stress of renovating, as Jaime and the rest of RWC were great communicators and while very efficient, were always focused on making sure that the final product was done right, not just fast. The first meeting with their estimator set the tone for the good relationship that followed. His interest was genuine. From start to finish we were pleased with the recommendations, project schedule, workmanship, and attention to details by Robert Way's team and their subcontractors, suppliers and cabinet craftsman. In a sense, their team became like extended family whom we enjoyed having in our home. Assuredly we will call upon Robert Way Construction for any future home improvement projects.

The Robert Way Construction team that worked on my bathroom remodeling project were professional, customer service oriented and did good quality work. Communication with the team was excellent all through the project. They cleaned up at the end of every day which decreased the amount of disruption during the project. I was never concerned about them cutting corners. They are a thorough, by the book organization. I had a specific deadline for the project and they met that deadline. I am very pleased with the project completed and would use them again.

We hired RWC to complete a large home renovation (addition, kitchen, and office). It took us several months of searching for the right contractor and we are so happy that we chose RWC.
