We had an amazing experience working with Nexus GC on our basement finishing project! Great experience with the Nexus! We were super pleased with the end result of the project and they were very accommodating for small change orders along the way. There were minor oversight needs for some of the subcontractors but these were resolved quickly.

The Colantuoni Bros purchased the house and property next to mine. They divided the property in half, and are currently building a large house on the lot. When they began building they needed to tear down a shed that bordered my property. They gave us no notice of this. They came on our property when we were at work, moved our grills to the middle of the yard and did not move them back, nor did they try to contact us about the need to be on our property. We have video of them on our property (see photo) during the demolition, from my neighbor who he saw her but did not contact her with what his plans were or why he was on our property. I would have been accommodating if they asked permission to be on our property, but felt the lack of notification was disrespectful. After I contacted the building department the next day, Mr. Colantuoni came to our house and attempted an apology, but seemed more bothered that I contacted the building department then apologizing for trespassing on our property and moving our belongings. He claimed that he left a note, but neither my husband nor I found any note. I had requested that we just receive a "heads up" for major events that might affect our property or home life, especially since I have 2 children. Since then, we have received no notice or communication in any form from Colantuoni Bros. Our neighborhood has had to deal with almost 2 weeks of digging through rocks, our street shut down, large vehicles parked on both sides of the street, not being able to turn off the busy street onto our street due to trucks backing in, and a blatant disrespect for anyone living in this neighborhood. I have contacted the building department and they claim that Mr. Colantuoni has told them that he has attempted to contact me several times. This is untrue. My only request was for some notification prior to major construction events, and I have no reason to lie about this. I cannot comment on the quality of the work of Colantuoni Bros Construction, but I question the quality of work from a contractor that is unethical, dis-honest and disrespectful and has no regards for the neighborhood he is working in.

Chris and his team were exceptional to work with. The estimate process was informative and my questions were patiently answered. Once we agreed on project scope, the team was onsite in a day's time to complete the work. Finished project was high caliber and the team was very professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend!

I've been working with High Pace Construction's team for many years, they are always reliable and produce high quality work. You always know what to expect; the best possible project at a fair price.

Would highly recommend. Needed emergency work done at my moms house. High paced construction did an amazing job. Chris and his team came out, found the leak, fixed it and the ceiling. The area that was damaged looks like nothing ever happened.

If you are looking for a contractor who is quick, efficient and makes for a stress free renovation or new build call High Pace. We just completed a total Reno on a master bath and hardwood in master bedroom. Total project took 15 days. The crew is clean, respectful, accommodating and most important, knowledgeable!
Now we are starting a total renovation of a two bedroom. Everything has been brought down to studs. Can’t wait to see the transformation. After four years of searching for the right company I have found them! I HIGHLY recommend High Pace!
