We had a water leak that caused damage to the kitchen, bath and hallway. I had never used Rob Way Construction before but chose them because I knew the company was local and see the trucks around town. Rob was friendly, professional, responsive and always asked for what we wanted to make sure we were happy. The workers were also very courteous every time we stopped by to check on the progress. They were also great dealing directly with the Insurance adjuster. Most importantly the work was done on time and on budget. Great to work with it and I would absolutely use them again.

Really enjoyed working with Rob and his Team. From my initial phone call inquiring about availability, to the finishing touches on my project, this Team was kind, professional, and experienced. The craftsmanship was of really high quality (new doors and door frames) and the place was left spotless both between working sessions and upon completion. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at a project. I was informed about the process on the phone and that an estimate would take 2 weeks from the visit to turn around. Robert visited my home and confirmed that I would receive in estimate in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire and was told the soonest I'd receive anything back would be in an... another 2 weeks. This was not only a waste of my time and energy, time in which I could have been pursuing estimates with other contractors, but it's also incredibly telling about the process and how they value their word when it comes to timing on deliverables. It's important to have a contractor that is honest on their timeline and meeting deadlines that they give you. Robert seemed like a nice guy but the lack of communication, honesty about timelines and disorganization is a massive red flag when it comes to a contractor. Just happy we figured this out before we were under construction!

RWC was professional, clean and efficient. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. Everyone was great to work with. Mike was amazing and answered all our questions. He was always here when he said he would be. I can't say enough great stuff about this company.

I can't say about about RWC and the team that was put together to tackle a recent home renovation project, they were all top notch. I wouldn't use anyone else for future projects for fear of them not being handled as well!

Nexus finished a basement (plaster walls, drywall ceiling, vinyl flooring, lighting and baseboards) and remodeled a bathroom (tile, drywall, tub/toilet/vanity installation). Caroline was great to work with. She kept us informed at each step of the way, and was communicative about deadlines and decisions that needed to be made. The crew was very pleasant to have in our home; though the project was disruptive they were very courteous at all times and made sure we were comfortable in the house while work was going on.

The basement and bathroom came out beautifully. Would hire again.
