Excellent business! Called with reasonable window for service. Showed up timely. Techs were professional, quiet and cleaned up after themselves. Use Serratore Plumbing (contracted by Poirier Appliance store) to install a new dishwasher and gas range. Vitto, the owner was very polite and professional. He made sure the appliances were working well before they left and gave us information on who to contact if there are any future problems. Highly recommend using Serratore Plumbing!

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher through Poirier Sales & Service in Newton. Vito installed the dishwasher and did an excellent job.

Competent, efficient, responsive, reasonably-priced... What else could I ask for?
When the gas company (Nat'l Grid) technicians did not know how to restart an older hot-water boiler heating system after they swapped the gas meter, they called in HomeServe. The HomeServe technicians then damaged the boiler, creating a hazardous situation, including small gas explosions within the boiler, and excess CO emissions. This is a two-family building, and my tenant had no heat in January in New England... I called numerous heating contractors, and Stephen Devaney was the first to respond. He met me at the building within an hour of our call, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He spent several hours repairing and adjusting the boiler, and everything was then working fine. He charged me a very reasonable fee, especially considering this was an emergency call on a weekend. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Been going to Republic Supply Co for over 40 years and their retail store has always been rude. I put up with them because that was only place to go in the area. Now there are many other stores around that you can go to. Yesterday was the final straw after the receptionist was not helpful.

By far the best supply house for all of your residential and commercial plumbing,heating and air conditioning supply house. They will go above and beyond to fulfill orders,24/7. Cant suggest more highly.

I used to give them business but they stole from me they took a return tub from me saying that they can sell for me. Kathy who was representing me never called me few months later they told me that they threw in junk it was new tub and they sold it to some one .I would never buy from again , horrible return policy I would so business with other supply stores where they take return no questions asked I learnt my lesson hard way . Please do not go them unless you want to forget about returns

Fantastic customer service from people who are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot recommend enough. Had my wife go here a few times to pick things up and she was also treated kindly and they were very friendly to her. If you got a plumbing project skip the big hardware stores they get everything for you and help you out along the way.

All I can say is that the service was above the norm. I am so grateful to Brian offering a special delivery of a much needed gas valve so I wouldn’t be without hot water during a blizzard. I had a no hassle experience and an unexpected surprise. I’m a new homeowner and despite having a faulty water heater that was only 5 months old my tears were dried immediately from this experience. Thank you!
