I was told that my extended 10-year warranty through Republic Plumbing Supply (Protection Plus program) for a hot water heater installed in 2014 was not valid because the 2014 install was covered under a warranty after just 6 years. However, 6 years would have been covered by the manufacturer, so Republic's denial of this latest replacement is pure grift. At the time of installation, I was told that I had a 10-year warranty for the 2014 water heater and once again for the new one that was replaced last week...not sure I can believe anything under warranty from Republic. I will be sure to take my business elsewhere in the future.

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the recent purchase of the American Standard tub filler and the incorrect rough-in valve that was sold to me. When my plumber attempted the installation, it became immediately clear that the connection was incompatible. I returned to your store to address the issue, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I was told that “millions of these are sold”—a response that completely disregarded the specific technical issue at hand.

To be sure, I hired a second, more senior plumber to evaluate the situation. He confirmed that my original plumber was right: the rough-in valve provided was incorrect. After several visits to your store, the manager finally took the time to read the installation instructions with me, and it was confirmed that we were right all along. The wrong rough-in valve was sold to us.

This entire situation has caused unnecessary delays, added expenses, and a great deal of frustration. It’s extremely disappointing to have been misled and then dismissed by someone who clearly did not have the correct information

They are very professional and thorough, show up on time, explain what needs to be done, etc.

Cullen does excellent work, good pricing, dependable and on time.
Even the people in the office are nice. Most important is that he was able to deal with my mother-in-law, and if you knew her (ugh!) you would not look any further for a plumber.
To be clear - it may seem like I'm trying to be funny, but I'm not. Cullen is well worth hiring. He's a great guy - I wish he serviced Seekonk.

Mark showed up himself for the estimate and was really informative, kind and professional. He walked us through all the best options and gave us a very fair estimate. His team showed up for the job on time, introduced themselves, told us what they'd be doing and answered our questions. They did a fantastic job and left each area of the house they worked in exactly as they found it. Would highly recommend Mark and his team

We want to recommend the excellent services we received in Dedham by two of Mark Cullen's plumbers, (Ali and Dan). The job of replacing a bathroom cabinet with new faucet etc, was perfectly accomplished. We are very happy to have had these people. They were very knowledgeable and worked very well together, leaving nothing unfinished.

I very highly recommend Mark Cullen Plumbing!! We got his name from a friend for a bunch of random minor repairs in our old house, which went great and was reasonably priced. Last night I called him to say our heat and hot water were out. He called me back at 7 am to say it would be fixed by the time we got home from work, and it was! So so thankful!

We’ve hired Mark and his team 3 times and they have been responsive, efficient and most importantly they have performed quality repairs. Most recently Mark sent over Tom and Kyle and they were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Mark and his team!

We called Mark to come out and help us with a leaky pipe - the issue was behind a wall in our kitchen and we were totally lost on what to do. Mark called us right back and was able to come out and promptly identify and fix the issue at a fair price. He took some extra time to answer a few other unrelated questions that we had and was super nice to work with, we'll definitely be using him again in the future!
