Elvis is always so responsive, and performs high-quality work. We have used him for different projects over the past handful of years, and we always go back to him. Projects have included updating/rearranging plumbing for a new shower, fixing leaky pipes in basement ceiling, placing outdoor hose faucet, and installing new waterline for fridge.

I've called on Elvis and DE Mechanical for a variety of their services over the past few years. They did my switch over to tankless water heaters and I came back to them when I needed to replace my steam boiler. Aside from that, I've had them for general maintenance on my units, and I have every expectation to continue to reach out to them in the future. The owner, Elvis, is well deserving of his 5 star review rating. He installed a new boiler in my home at a competitive price. Afterwards, I had some rusty debris from my old boiler clogging my 52 year old baseboard piping. This caused a circulation problem and the house was slow to heat up. Elvis and his assistant were relentless in solving the problem. Elvis is an honest plumber with a good attitude. He’s the only plumber I’ll use from now on.

We had an excellent experience with DE Mechanical LLC. Elvis was prompt, professional, and very thorough. From the time we first met with him to the time the work was complete, everything moved quickly — our new boiler was installed within just a few days.

Not only did they replace the boiler itself for our gas baseboard heating system, but they also took the time to update the surrounding piping and components, making sure the whole system was set up properly and safely. Elvis was up front and honest about both the issue and the cost before starting the work, and he clearly explained what needed to be done.

On top of that, he also helped with a separate smaller plumbing repair for us that came up. Throughout the whole process, Elvis and his team were polite, respectful, and professional. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend DE Mechanical LLC for anyone in need of heating or plumbing work.

Highly recommend. Response time was great and their rates are extremely fair. Elvis helped us twice, even coming once on a holiday to make sure my family had hot water in the winter. He also communicated well and attempted to teach me via text how to handle the situation myself. Due to the unusual configuration of our plumbing he ultimately still had to come out to fix it, but the education was useful and appreciated.
