I had a new boiler and a Fujitsu mini split installed by Dalelis and could not be happier with the work. I've had oil technicians compliment the craftsmanship of the boiler installation when I have my yearly service and they see hundreds of boilers every year so it really speaks to the expertise of the plumbers at Dalelis. James was fabulous to work with- on time, available, up front and clean clean clean. I would and have recommended friends and family to go with Dalelis.

After three unsuccessful tries by other HVAC professionals to fix a 2022 HVAC system that was part of a more extensive home renovation, we are so thankful that James Dalelis was referred to us. He came out quickly to assess the job. After the initial visit, James said he’d come back to investigate the problem more thoroughly—being upfront about his time/labor cost. During the second visit, he worked on the system a bit, enabling it not to stop working quite as frequently as it had been. James also said that he was confident the most cost-efficient and reliable fix was to replace the compressors that were not working correctly. His quote was competitive, and we hired him to install new quality-brand compressors. After working a very long day, he and his electrician successfully gave us a trusted HVAC system that we never had until this summer.

We are so pleased with James’ quality work, quick responses to calls or texts, and his overall direct approach. What he says or quotes is what it is. I had a few plumbing issues that needed to be fixed and from right when I submitted my inquiry James’s team was extremely responsive and helpful. They were able to get some of their technicians out to fix the issues by the next day. They handled everything in a prompt and efficient manner while doing so for an extremely reasonable price. I have used James A. Dalelis Plumbing & Hvac several times for emergency and non emergency plumbing issues. Each time James has immediately responded to me and shown up same day. He is professional, reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, trustworthy and affordable. He has gone above and beyond to help out in a situation where I had a major leak in my basement and was leaving to catch a flight. Showed up to address the issue within the hour and had it fixed while I was away. Being able to find someone reliable and trustworthy is priceless these days. A month and a half ago, Dalelis Plumbing replaced the flush valve of my toilet. Yesterday it started leaking and the tank would not fill. I called James. He asked me to send him a picture of the flush valve. I did and he immediately called back to me and said he would send someone out to replace the gasket. They promptly fixed the problem – no charge. They were very courteous, polite and professional. I would recommend Dalalis Plumbing to anyone.

Very quick and efficient. Called at 8:30AM for a bad basement laundry pump, and job was completed by 1:30PM. Works like new; no mess, and serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I found James in a Google search the day the pipes in my Utility closet froze and burst! It was a Saturday morning, and my emergency phone call was returned within minutes...he arrived at my house ½ hour later! As soon as the DPW replaced the water meter that exploded, James and his Team had everything back up and running in no time. It wasn’t a couple of weeks later that I reached back out asking if would remodel my laundry closet. Team moved electrical, rerouted dryer pipe behind a custom-built shelving unit his carpenter created, installed tile as well as Quartz countertop, sized/fitted an iron bar I imagined in my head for hanging clothes on, and finished it off 8-pane window French Doors. James’s business produces high quality work. They're attentive, responsive, efficient, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this business to anyone in an emergency or looking to make upgrades to their home.

There was a bit of going back and forth due to the undetectable problem with our toilet in the first visit. We ended up having to replace the toilet and it was determined that there was an issue with the drain instead. James was able to have a drain company coming to address the issue and ended up not charging us for the toilet installation and disposal service. We just had to pay the drain company, which was an unavoidable situation. All in all, we truly appreciate James' proactive communication and his team's reliable service. He's very understanding and did everything in his power to ensure our toilet is working again before Christmas. Thank you so much, James and team!

I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!). His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. He also took the time to explain the work, how the equipment worked, and made sure the settings were what we we were looking for. All in all a great experience, and we will be working with him again.

We needed a new roof unit. He had the unit ordered that same day and installed that same week. They removed the old unit and dropped in another one by crane in about four hours. You cant beat that! Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs they were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

We own a 2 family and the furnace in the tenants apartment stopped working on the coldest day in December. I was referred to James and he responded immediately. We had to replace the furnace so we installed a heat pump. James’ team was wonderful and very professional. Will definitely work with him in the future!

James and his team are fantastic! When I woke up to find my water heater leaking, I was worried I would be without hot water for days. After contacting 4-5 plumbers, James promptly called me back and said he could have a crew to my house within hours. Sure enough they showed up just after lunch and replaced my water heater without any issue. They are fast, clean, reliable, friendly, responsive and offer very fair pricing.
