James was incredible. Had a hot water issue and he came within 2 hours and replaced it for me.

James replaced our furnace, water tank and installed mini splits on 2 floors of our home, he was very professional and answered all of our questions. If you want quick, reliable and affordable, he's your guy!

Our water heater failed on a late Saturday morning, water all over the basement, that same old story. Called several “24-hour” plumbing services and James A. Dalelis Plumbing actually answered. Gave us a very reasonable estimate, They contacted two technicians who bought a new water heater from Home Depot on their way because their warehouse was closed. They kept in touch every step of the way, texting us their location and ETA. The techs were pleasant, professional and very efficient- new water heater installed, old one carted away, and we had hot water by 3:00 p.m. Highly recommend this outfit.

James and his team did an excellent job with the plumbing work at our house - installing new fixtures, bringing a water line to the freezer and more. He also helped us out in a pinch on a weekend when we needed someone to consult on our drains in the basement. I highly recommend James and his company - they go above and beyond to ensure things are done correctly!

James was fantastic. Our water boiler broke during a week of record low temps. He had the part we needed overnighted and what could have taken weeks to fix, he did in two days. He will definitely be our first call if we need help again!

Gas furnace was installed in the attic timely and professionally, I would recommend James to friends and family over big brand franchises.

Update: water heater tank leaked within warrantee. I took a few photos and texted James, and I got a brand new gas water heater the second day. James took care of the paperwork to get a free replacement and I only paid a competitive service fee. Great job as always, highly recommended.

I would recommend him and his company for any plumbing, HVAC, or remodeling needs. The owner (James) personally took time to thoroughly explain the issue and his process to fix it. He was so patient and explained until I fully understood and he even took extra time to find the best deal on replacement parts. They are the best and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction!

The work they did on my kitchen sink was great, they installed a reverse osmosis system, however communication was extremely difficult. They were not very responsive and consistently did not respond to text messages or email.

Bait and switch, schedule online said available today, waited all afternoon and then got a text that it was rescheduled for two days later. I had indicated on the phone it was urgent and told to book online. Not helpful.

Called early a.m.James said he would be over in 15 mins.He took A/C unit apart and replaced the capacitor in less than 1/2 hr.Great job.Fair price and quick response.They are my a/c and plumbing go to from now to going forward!!!!

We had our water heater fail on a Sunday… called Monday first thing they were able yo diagnosed the problem asap and replace our water heater right away. The owner responded right away and fit us in his schedule. Affordable and great service locally in Norwood. Thanks so much.

We had an amazing experience with James and his team. We had a heating disaster happen in the dead of winter and when I called James he got right back to me (when others needed days), and immediately texted me with a quote and his recommended approach. His team was able to come in the next morning to completely replace our heating system. He kept in touch with me the entire day to give me updates on the progress and even came the next day to look at the work and ensure everything was up to his standards from his team. I've truly never had such a great experience with a contractor like this and he helped us out in a huge bind. Fast, customer-service oriented and really knowledgeable -- would highly reco!

I had a disappointing experience with James A Dalelis Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning that I feel compelled to share. When my AC unit stopped working, I reached out based on a referral I found in a local board post.

First off, I was not informed about the $250 service call. That felt misleading, especially since no work had been done and no mentioning of a $250 fee when scheduling the appointment. The technician came out, took a quick look at the condenser fan unit, and declared that my entire AC system was old and unfixable. He added a small amount of refrigerant, which he said would cost me $50. However, the refrigerant didn't do anything.

In the end, I paid $300 just for him to tell me I need a new AC system. He promised to provide me with a quote for a new system but has since ghosted me. I've reached out multiple times but have received no response.

Overall, my experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I wouldn't recommend James A Dalelis Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.

They came at 6:30 this morning and did an excellent job fixing my furnace. I also liked that James explained each step of the fix. He also checked the Eversource equipment and found an issue iwth a piece of their equipment. I was able to call Eversource and get that replaced.
