We had used Mark’s team in the past and have always been satisfied. So when we needed a few small items, we called him again. His team arrived on time, were clean and professional regarding everything they did. Ali and Dan quickly resolved several issues that we needed fixed, and they notice another one that needed immediate attention, they quickly fixed that as well, preventing a possible life-threatening issue. We had some additional work, and they came the following week to perform that work, again they we’re professionals and pleasant, and worked together like a well oiled machine. They were able to provide all the parts that we needed, and as always, we are very happy with the work that Mark and his team do, and would recommend them for any plumbing work you might need.

We used Mark and his team for a few small jobs in our new house. When we had water leaking in our basement, Mark responded to our call right away and was at our house immediately to check it out. For our non-emergency project (installing a new bathroom vanity), Mark and his crew showed up on time, got the work done efficiently, left the area completely clean, and were pleasant and respectful throughout the process. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and look forward to using them for future projects!

Mark Cullen and his staff are terrific. Very knowledgeable, neat workers and they clean up after themselves. I have had Mark do many things for me over 20 years, including fixing a Grohe shower value to clearing toilets etc. He is always happy to help and reasonably priced. Punctual too. Nice work Mark.

We have had 3 separate occasions needing plumber services at our home here in Norwood. Jacob's Plumbing must not need business. I've called numerous times to get a price on my boiler and no one called back. Too bad because they do good work. Oh well.

Just this weekend, Memorial Day weekend, my wife droped a diamond earing jacket down the second floor bathroom sink drain. Disaster ! A piece of jewelery she has had for 30+ years. We had overnight guests and now a shut down of the sink upstairs. Sunday morning I called Joe Jacobs and told him of our dilema. Joe had no employee available but came himself within 2 hours and retrieved the lost piece of jewelery.
What better service than the owner of the business to take time on a holiday weekend to take care of a customer. JC Jacobs has been our families plumbers for decades and will remain the same

Mike and his crew came to my house for a fairly simple new sink installation. They were great to work with. The installation was fast and efficient. I would definitely use JC Jacobs again.

On 3-18-21 I phoned JC Plumbing and got their answering service and left information with a live person that I had a leaking pipe in a radiator that needed fixing. The woman I talked to said she'd have someone there first thing in the morning so I took the day off. No one showed the next day, Friday the 19th so I called to find out when a plumber would be showing up. The woman at JC who answered said she knew nothing about it and that I would get a call back (I didn't). I scheduled another appointment for 3-22-21. The plumber from JC Jacobs showed up (I wasn't home at the time), fixed nothing and apparently turned off a set of valves that fed water to a cast iron heater in the upstairs bathroom. My elderly father was watching him but couldn't specifically point to which valves the tech had turned. Your plumber said he'd be back the next day, 3-23 so I took the day off and he never showed again and the woman I talked to at JC said he was somewhere else and apparently had no intention of stopping by. A few 70 degree days later and we realize there's no heat in the upstairs bathroom. By this time, I'd called another plumber from another company to fix the leak in the other radiator, which he did. Since we realized there was no heat in the upstairs bathroom and didn't know why, we called this same plumber back to the house again and he found the two valves that the JC Jacobs plumber had messed with and turned them the correct way and charged us $180.00 to fix a problem that JC's plumber had caused. Emailed them looking for reimbursement for the problem they caused and received no reply.

I love this company. This is the second time we had these plumbers to our house to help us install a sink and boy did these guys do a fantastic job. The first time was a bathroom sink job that was a remodel using an unusual vanity and sink, and they were able to see my vision and execute the install no problem. This time it was a new kitchen sink and faucet after a granite countertop install by my husband. We like to have unique things in our home and I like to use recycled and different use things for the home. These plumbers were able to come in take the old stainless sink out, my husband put the new counter in and then they installed the new acrylic sink and new faucet. I now have a new looking kitchen and it seemed like a dream not a nightmare. These are my go to plumbing guys.
