Just want to add something after I posted my review last night. We noticed one of our zones was not working last night. Texted Nako in the morning. He arrived within 30 min. It turns out that the zone valve inside was blocked by the debris in the water. Nako disconnected, removed debris, cleaned and then perched both zones again. Nako spent almost 1.5 extra hours and waited till everything was ok before left, without extra charge.

This story shows how professional and responsible Nako is. We feel lucky to have Nako as our burner service person.

Mr. Nako is the most knowledgeable and reliable heating contractor I've ever had. I was referenced to Mr. Nako by one of my friends. He not only gave us a wonderful tune up for our heating system but also helped us fix a water leak that we had for the last few years. Mr. Nako explained in great detail what the issue was and how he would fix it. He was very clean, making sure that everything was clean up after he finished working.

Mr. Nako also helped with an oil leak from a burner recently. I found the issue in the evening and felt very nervous. I called Mr. Nako and he responded right away. He identified the right problems and fixed all of them. In the end, He also checked the O2 and CO2 from burned smoke and efficiency of the heating system, making sure the heating system works very well and has no safety issues.

Mr. Nako always goes the extra mile to help his customers. Very knowledge, reliable and an honest person, Excellent and professional work. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Nako came in last minute to fix our broken furnace and found out the water heater also went. He was very good at explaining what was going on. He is very professional, does honest work, and was easy to reach.

I had a burner lockout issue and can't identify the real root cause for past 3 days. This morning, i decided to give a call. Nako response right the way and came to my house first thing in the morning during the cold weather. Very professional and identify where the issue is. A very nice man with patient and explain all the detail to me. Highly recommended. Also, our annual tune up also done by him. Great support !!!

I had no heat or hot water and I called Nako after my home warranty company told me to call my oil company to replace my filter, I called my oil company Fireman's Fuel and they turned me away. Nako was extremely nice, came to my home within 30 min, and new just what the problem was, (which was not the filter). He replaced a motor and cleaned my furnace all while explaining to my mother as I am out of town. Nako is the true meaning of EXCELLENT service! Forget the local oil companies, I cancelled my home warranty, I'm sticking with Nako. Highly recommended I can not stress this enough. Great and very affordable service. We had him in to do an annual tuneup on our burner at the house we recently moved into and he immediately identified a broken component that had actually been causing an issue I was wondering about already. He fixed that and did the tuneup and it was all very affordable. Everything is now working as it should be. I'd highly recommend his services.

Had a problem with my new kitchen faucet after I installed it, it had no pressure on cold water. I thought it was a bad shut off valve so I called in a pro. Nako diagnosed that it wasn’t the shut off valve but the new faucet had a bad valve. Replaced faucet with another new one and works great. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with Nako’s service. Highly recommend him , he’s actually my oil burner service provider and I asked if he could look at my faucet and he did the following day after I called him.

Nako is simple the best independent oil furnace contractor I have ever used! I have an old oil furnace which suddenly stopped working last week right before Thanksgiving holidays. I called around as this is an emergency for my house. I contacted Nako in the afternoon and he is the only one who promised to get mine repaired the same day or the following early morning. He is very busy (as obviously he is the go-to guy and many customers need his help) but he kept on updating me about when he can do the job. He came right on time the next early morning! The repair task is very challenging as it may cause fire if not handled by an experienced & knowledgeable contractor. Nako did the correct disagnosis very quickly and he explained what he did and he completed the repair to get my system running again in an hour. He also help me to cleaning the fuel ejection parts, replaced the filters and test the system efficiency & monitor the CO level for safety, which was supposed to be done at least partially by the other company which I hired in Oct for tune up (but they didn’t do it!) The service fee is also very reasonable. I can’t say enough things about how great Nako is! I feel very lucky to find Nako as he is extremely knowledgeable, handy, and honest. I have booked tune up with Nako for next year. Now I feel I am in good hands and no need to worry about my old furnace for the winter. Thank you, Nako!
