Nako is a very honest and knowledgeable technician. He did the tuneup and servicing of my oil powered steam boiler. He did his job very quietly and sincerely. He explained to me every part of the job and provided honest suggestions and recommendations for maintaining the boiler. I would recommend him anytime.

Nako provided exceptional service! When I discovered there was no hot water at 11:00 PM at night, I messaged Nako, and he responded immediately with some troubleshooting steps. Though these initial steps did not resolve the issue, he arrived at my house the next morning and identified the root cause to be the faulty controller. He replaced it with a new and more modern one and the problem is resolved, we got our hot water back! He also helped us with the annual tuneup at the same time with exceptional quality. I highly recommend Nako!!!

Nako was very knowledgeable and fixed my old boiler very quickly on a very cold day. He also shared some information about what problems to look for in the future. I really appreciate someone who understands older mechanicals and keeps them in service!

Nako has poor attitude, rude and unprofessional. He came and to repair our heating system, but didn't do the job well. After we paid him and realized the job was not done right, we called and asked him to come back but he refused. He left without putting back the cover of the baseboard and cleaning up his mess. At the time he was at our house, another customer called him to go back to fix his work. He also refused and yelled at her. No one should hire him, let alone pay in advance before the job is well done. One star is already too many for such an unprofessional worker. I wonder how he got 5 stars Google review. Must be from his families and friends.

I am sorry but I have to add more on this matter as the response from Nako was totally not true. He was rude to begin with. I heard him talking on the phone with another customer with poor attitude. He made a mess during the repair without even put the baseboard cover back, leaving all the debris for us to clean up. We called him to fix his unfinished work and he refused to come back which we had to hire someone else.

I was referred to Nako by my oil delivery company when my heat wouldn't turn on. I had previously called a very well-known home services company on the North Shore who provided a "diagnosis," told me they would need to order parts and couldn't fix the heat that day and then emailed me three outrageous quotes for different "fixes." I was shocked, especially given that my oil burning furnace is only 5-1/2 years old, and sadly just out of warranty! Nako arrived promptly the day I called, conducted a thorough diagnostic and was able to identify the real issue - an entirely different part had failed. He explained everything as he worked, was kind and courteous and professional. He got my furnace up and running again and the bill was a fraction of what the "reputable" home services company quoted me. I am so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend him and his services!

I called Nako this morning for the first time, as I saw he had great reviews. He was at my house in a half hour, even pushing some other appointments back, as I had no heat for almost two days, and it was freezing. He was able to diagnose, take out and install a new part that was broken, and restore my heat to both zones of my house, as I had another small issue, in less than an hour and half. In and out, all business, and great, very reasonable priced. I highly recommend and will most certainly call for any future issues with my oil furnace, HVAC issues. Thank you Nako!!

We needed a new furnace for our addition. Nako showed up at the scheduled time and he and his helper had the new furnace in pronto. Looks perfect! Nako also took a look at our new water heater that was giving us problems for 3 months and he fixed that too! Highly recommend this company!

I called Nako because my boiler would not fire. I called at 11:30am and he was her within an hour. He had great troubleshooting skills. He tracked down the problem and replaced the bad part with a new one he had on the truck. The price was very fair. I will use again when I need a boiler tune up. Great service. I am very pleased.
