I had a difficult problem to solve with my HVAC system - they were very dedicated to making sure the problem was solved, really going above and beyond. Their customer service is amazing, and they were extremely easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We are so happy with the job Superior did! Our dryer is running great as if it was brand new. They are a very professional and friendly company that I would highly recommend.

Arrived several hours late and left before communicating follow up or invoicing. Vents were left with lint and feathers hanging out, and the dryer remains unusable. I have called and emailed multiple times for next steps and received little to no responses, and no confirmation of a followup appointment or parts I need to order. Problem remains unfixed, and I have been out of a clothes dryer for weeks, when the problem was supposed to be fixed in one day.

Erin and her team came out to inspect our AC in the attic and to provide us with a quote for potential service we may need & they went ABOVE AND BEYOND as always for us. They didn’t see anything that needed to be done at this moment. They are the most genuine, honest, caring and professional team and I cannot recommend them enough. When we need that service done, they will be the only ones we call! Thank you so much again!

I called asking for a quote and lead time on cleaning my dryer vent, which thanks to COVID, was a year past due. Erin picked up phone right away (nice not to have to leave a message on a machine) and was a nice as can be. Said it was one set price - no matter what - again, nice not to worry - and it was actually cheaper than two other quotes I had already received. They were even able to come next day! They showed up not even on time - but early - were extremely professional, got the job done in record time AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES! Having them come back to clean my air vents in the Fall. Absolute highest recommendation for quality work AND excellent customer service.

Superior Vent did an excellent job cleaning our dryer vent. We had years of lint in the vent and they made sure it was completely cleaned. They were on time and very very neat. Do not hesitate to call this company.

This company was hired by my condo association to clean our dryer vents. They never showed up to the appointment and did not answer their phone when I tried to call. Their voicemail box was also full. This was despite their google hours showing they were open and the appointment should have been on the books. Very unprofessional and frustrating because I’m only supposed to use the company that is chosen by the HOA, so I had no other options.

Exceptional service! Excellent pair of technicians were sent - Angel and Christian - the best! Would highly recommend for their professionalism. The owner Erin actually came to our home when we inquired about getting pictures of the interior of the vents. She took pictures and sent them to us by email. We are a client for life. I had Superior Vent & Duct come clean the vent at my rental property and they changed out the vent as well. A few weeks later the vent came detached and not only did they reply to me on a Sunday, they came out next day to reattach it. They stand behind their work and great service and responsiveness. Installed new dryer vent and cleaned out all ducts in the house. Did a great job,friendly and prompt service done at a fair price. And my dryer for the 1st time in 9 months now works properly!

Erin and her team are amazing!!!! So kind, professional, and they get the job done! She is such a pleasure to talk to and you can tell they know their stuff. They helped us fix our exhaust fan vent that was just venting into well, no where… and they did such a nice, clean job. Now our exhaust fan works! It didn’t before even though it’s brand new so we are so happy. We used Superior Vents in 2018 / 2019 to clean our vents at our condo that we owned and they did an amazing job then too. Superior Vent and Duct cleaning showed up this morning on time. They are very professional, cordial, and considerate. I had booked them about a month ago, to clean my air ducts for my heat and AC. The booking process was flawless. After arriving, they began to inspect my system. After 10 - 15 minutes of working, they advised me that my ducts did NOT need cleaning! They took a picture which showed no dirt or dust in the places they said it usually accumulates. They then told me that it wouldn't be worth the predetermined price ( which I thought was reasonable) to go further with the cleaning. I asked what I owed them for setting up and inspection......they said NOTHING!!! I highly recommend their company for any duct cleaning you may have. It is sometimes hard to find honest dependable people like them

Erin is the best!!! I called as I had an emergency and she made sure that someone could come by immediately. Really appreciated the timely response. Very professional, friendly and exceptional service. The Hvac maintenance professional was very friendly and made sure that everything was in working order. Respectful and very experienced and efficient! Would highly recommend their services!!!

I recommend this company highly! they were able to fit me in within 2 days, came on time, was thorough and left the place clean! they even had to take the vent pipe apart because of a bigger clog than we though but Erin stuck to her quote. Very good service and i will use them all the time now!

I don't write many of those reviews, but it's because I'm a real fan when I do. From our 1st conversation to the finished product, the service has been impeccable. We had an outdated vent system and a complex configuration, but they took the time to figure it out and fixed it. They knew we've been struggling with another service provider who left us without a solution (and no dryer for weeks) and managed to fit us in their busy schedule. They took care of everything, and the price was reasonable. They are super thorough and pay attention to details, they left the room impeccable. They are super professional. HIGHLY recommend.

I scheduled an appointment with Superior Vent by phone to clean my dryer and kitchen vents the following week. They never showed up for the morning appointment, and didn’t call to let me known they wouldn’t be able to make it. I called them multiple times later in the day and they didn’t answer. I couldn’t even leave a message, as their voice mailbox was full. I also called twice the following day, still no answer. I can understand if they had something come up and had to reschedule, but the lack of communication is a serious issue.

Update:

Superior Vent contacted me the day after the missed appointment and explained that there had been a scheduling error. They were very apologetic and offered to come by first thing the next morning to clean my vents, they also offered a discount on the service as an additional measure to make up for the error. When they arrived, they got to work quickly and seemed to do a great job cleaning the vents. I gave an average of 3 stars given the initial missed call; they also arrived a bit later than expected for the service visit. I would still recommend their service given the quality of work and willingness to work with customers to resolve issues.

I’m so happy I found Superior Vent & Duct Cleaning. I hired them to clean my dryer vent, HVAC ducts and ceiling vent. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home. My clothes dry so much faster, the air in my home is cleaner, and the ceiling vent in my bathroom is doing its job! What a difference! Thank you Superior for a job well done.

Company opened permit and failed to close after repeated requests.

this scame company took all my money and never finish my job.and the guy santos never pull up and permit from city.i all ready ready to filled the complain for this.dont do any job with this company.save your money and time.now i get so much hard time to fine someone to finish the job.

Santiago replaced a roof for me..Excellent job..very reliable, honest and punctual. His team was very respectful and hard working..I will only hire this company for any work I may need in the future..that is how impressed I was..Excellent service.

Santos and his team were amazing . They came out on Saturday and fixed my hot water heater . The team was professional and punctual . I am a new home owner and have heard horror stories of maintenance repair . I am thankful to have found Santos and his team when I did because i will be using them for all my home repairs .
