I have an old barn on my property and am in the process of renovating it so it becomes a usable space all year round. Santo and team did an AMAZING job repairing and replacing the old floor - adding a level foundation (new for this structure!), insulation, and preparing for hardwood floor installation - and replacing the front door - along with quite a bit of related internal structure that had been ravaged by time. They were happy to explain details as they worked, answer questions as they came up, and left the site cleaner than they found it.

I'm incredibly pleased the work and the value and am looking forward to hiring EBHI in the near future (ductless heating/cooling system soon!).

santos took my money and never finish my job.

he dont have licence for work. dont give him upfront money .he will took it than never gonna show up.than he blocked your number.

before they took the work. Wow they said they are so good. Give them advanced money. Make some trust. They work one week hard to gain your trust and took the 90% money in advance then they never show up...don't trust them. They don't have the license to take permission and don't give them any money advanced. They said they going to complete my basement in 1 month ..its being 5 month I am still calling them ..texting them..no reply...they just took my money and go away. Please don't believe them. I wait this month than i go to police station to file complaint and file a complaint to the state's contractor's licensing board or commission. I made the mistake to give them all the money..

A TOTAL SCAM. Stay away, run away and do not hire. I regret to inform you all that this contractor we hired has departed with our funds and left out house and apartment in such disrepair damager state that I am unable to rent it out or secure a new contractor to do my work. This contractor unlawfully appropriated my $4500 deposit, asking for more money in when just a little work was done and ceased showing up at the site after just three days on site. Additionally, he is not a legitimate builder or home improvement company. Rather, he will be sub-contracting these jobs to unlicensed individuals. As a result, he has vandalized my property and absconded without any communication.
Had to hire a new contactor and unfortunately have to pay more than what it could have been without his distortion.
His guys trashed away all new electrical items into the trash and I had to go digging for them, he even left my house trashed and never showed up, did not pick up my call and keep asking for more more money after I have paid him over 50% of the money for no to less work. Stay away from this so call builder. Total SCAM

Not only does Bob Jones deliver pricing promptly and accurately, but he does it with class. He also rescued my 5 year old Yorkshire Terrier which was stuck on a roof (don't ask). Just above and beyond through and through.

He came the day we called. He fixed our A/C fast and was really reasonably priced.

STAY AWAY! Provided a really low price to win the job at our house, never installed the the unit properly, left old piping which continues to crash the compressor. Came back once for warranty money and then never finished the job. You truly get what you pay for.

I called on Friday night before the 4th of July holiday, hottest weekend and week ahead. John took my call, called me back came on Saturday and fixed my central air with ease. Class act , professional +++++ would Highly recommend. Thanks John...

In October of 2023, I gave him a deposit of $6,250.00 to replace a boiler. He never showed up to start the work and ignored me for several months. In April 2024, he gave me the deposit back and told me he was too busy to do the job, despite having my deposit for 6 months.

Sudano has done a great job for us. We have another company charge a lot and not fix our furnace. He came in and fixed it immediately and for a very reasonable price. He has serviced our furnace and water heater for five years now and done a great job.

Sudano Heating and Air Conditioning installed my mom's central air unit. John, the Owner was great to work with. He was very responsive and his pricing is very reasonable. My mom is now also using this company for servicing her heating system. Highly recommend Sudano Heating and Air Conditioning! She will be a long-term customer.

My heat was not working right. My thermostat said the heat should be on but the heat would not turn on. I called john, he said he could be there today but near the end of the day like 4pm. He said he would call an hour before hand. That was great I did not need to stay home. He gave me an hour ahead call. He and his helper where polite, neat and efficient. I was lucky, he had part my furnace needed. It took about an Hour and half from beginning to end. My bill was reasonable. I could not be happier

Eric and his crew did an excellent job replacing the tank and feeder on my 2002 boiler. They were professional, punctual, and worked efficiently. I really appreciated how clearly they explained what needed to be done and left the work area clean. The boiler is running great — I’m very pleased with the result.
